Re: Alliance War Season 58 Changes
please replace this and never bring it back again 🙏worst change kabam has made in a long time but atleast its just one season hopefully not permanent, just removes the point of AW which involved team works, planning diversity on nodes, assigning attackers, etc
Re: Most laughable things about champs😂
I think Black Bolt's kit is a little funny. Putting aside the general pillow-handedness of a champion who could split the Earth in two if he sneezed, I also find his SP2 really random. Not only is the "flying screwdriver" animation for it extremely confusing considering who he is, it's also the only one of his special attacks that doesn't have true damage. All of his special attacks have true damage and a chance to stun the opponent, except for the one special attack that is usually the main damage-dealer for most champions, which is just inexplicably worse than both his SP1 and SP3 and only has a chance to stun.
Additionally, his signature ability just states that he "has a chance" to gain buffs whenever he either strikes the opponent with a critical hit or is critically hit himself, but it never states exactly what chance that is. He could have a 1% chance or he could have a 200% chance, we just don't know. It's also seemingly not a chance that goes up with his signature level. It's just hidden, all the time, no matter what, for no discernible reason.
Kabam, please buff Black Bolt. Make him make sense.

Light essence
I need 5 more to get a 7* Lumatrix.
Is it possible now? Or should I just be happy with a 6*?

Restart game if you haven’t yet
Re: Glorious Guardian & Heart of Fire Champs
What they mean to say is they will enter the basic pool after the Titan pool resets. We might get confirmation of that within a month if omega days goes into the basic after this titan rotationGlorious guardians will be next Titan reset after Christmas, hearts of fire probably not for a while, lumatrix will go to the base pool at some pointPretty sure glorious guardians go straight to the basic pool. The previous banquet champs (I forgot the name) never entered the titan and went straight to the basic so I'm sure the glorious guardians will do the same.

I know, I said next Titan reset, as in when the titan next resets after Christmas they'll go into the base pool. Pretty sure the gifted guardians still waited until the titan pool change before going into the basicGlorious guardians will be next Titan reset after Christmas, hearts of fire probably not for a while, lumatrix will go to the base pool at some pointPretty sure glorious guardians go straight to the basic pool. Re: long form content
Honestly, I'd just continue with the Story right now. I think Act 7 and onwards is really fun and it also has the best rewards for effort spent.
But if you want a break from the Story, here are some other suggestions:
Carina's Challenges. There are a ton of them and you're bound to find some that fit where you're at in the game right now. However, more and more will open up to you as you play the game. For example, the ones I was about to recommend - Lagacy's challenges - requires you to be a bit further into the Story than you currently are. However, even if you're not currently able to do any of them, it can be a good thing to at least keep an eye on them. If you want to make a run through Grandmaster's Gauntlet, for example, you might as well do it with the champions that make up one of the two Carina's Challenges that take place in there. The best of these challenges requires you to beat a specific content with a specific type of team, and often these teams are very well-suited to take on those challenges. That wasn't always the case - some of the early CCs were just horrible for the sake of being difficult - but I've enjoyed all of the more recent challenges in the last few years.
I think the Eternity of Pain gauntlet is a good place to test your skills. You don't necessarily have to beat the gauntlet right now - that's a tall ask considering that you just became Thronebreaker - but don't be afraid to dip your toes into it. Just to get a feel for content that's one or two or seven steps up from what you might be used to. Back in the day, I used the Variant quests in a similar way. At first, I'd just die and die and die. However, as I came back and tried it over and over again as both my roster and my skills grew, I eventually started finding the rhythm and when I noticed that I could actually beat the first champion(s) without too much hassle, I decided to do a real push forward. Now, these Variant quests are terribly outdated by today's standards so I wouldn't recommend you pushing through them, but the principle still stands. It's good to have a piece of content to have your eyes on. Even if you can't beat the quest now, you'll eventually get there, and when you've gotten there, you'll start to be able to do even more types of endgame content.
Good luck!
