Re: Suspension for no reason!
Supposedly in a gmail that they just sent me in a ticket that I opened, they told me that I had to have a message prior to the massive ban about my account being in breach and I never received such a notification or email from kabam, they also told me to uninstall the game and I installed it from Google Play which I did and I update it every month from the same place.Yep got the same one, so i guess appstore is a 3-rd party app now

Re: Suspension for no reason!
The bans have nothing to do with your internet connection. As the announcement stated, the bans were due to new systems to detect unauthorized game client software. The problem is that the system that they are using is broken or the very least wrong in my case. I have never used any software other than MCOC. And what's the deal with asking what was your first two purchase made and when? I've been playing this game for 10 years, how I am supposed to remember that? That's a bit similar to asking what you ate 10 years ago for lunch and how much did it cost.

Re: Suspension for no reason!
I understand what you're saying, but I didn't download MCOC from a third-party app, I downloaded it from Google Play itself, which Kabam says is reliable. Also, with that criterion, you can't play MCOC anymore, since they'll always be banning you until you lose all your progress. If you don't have a way to check if your Google Play app is original when it's already installed on a phone from the factory. For example, I found out because of this mega-ban that Google Play could be pirated or downloaded from other sources when it doesn't come from the factory. No one gets to avoid the rules just because they don't know they're breaking them.My phone already came with Google Play installed. And if it turns out that a device didn't come with Google Play installed and you don't know, how do you check? Otherwise, it's not your fault that the ban was caused. It is impossible for Google Play to be a third-party app since Kabam himself says to download it from there. It's not though. Not all android phones have Google Play natively installed. Google is also banned in China. So the only way to get Google Play, for some, to download MCoC is to get Google Play through an APK, making it third-party software. That specific scenario likely speaks to many of the suspensions that have taken place.
A lot of phones come with Google Play already installed, but not all do. You would know by whether or not you have to install it. Even if a player doesn't have a modded game, they are still at fault if the game was downloaded through an unapproved source, and third-party access to Google Play would be unapproved.
Re: My friend got unbanned, what is the next, what about impacted alliances
One shouldn’t pushed anything one the weekend in that’s larger. That ben my opinion. While we can’t judge posts about ban because most times. There lies. But when the forum get overflowing. It does maybe mean there ben a mistake with mistake happening but all those things could ben prevented at least in some form. Doing when it not a weekend with not a lot of capacity. One deckMy company allows deployment only on Tuesdays and demands special permission for urgent deployments! And there r no deployments allowed on Fridays! Can't believe a company could be this childish and unprofessional!
Re: This Is How You Treat Long-Time Players? I'm Done.
Got unbanned! Guess I was right and was unjustly banned!
I do need to know what they thought was wrong about my account. Hopefully they will respond to my ticket

Re: My friend got unbanned, what is the next, what about impacted alliances
Sounds like I care? From your comment history, you definitely care Kabam more than I do.Most of the bans were legit so…what do you want me to say? And you can choose not to spend Kabam doesn’t care lmaoLike always, someone jump up and defend, people never learnIt's interesting to see How frequently Kabam published irrelevant news that nobody really cares in the last couple of days, even in weekend, they really want to distract people from this topic.Kabam’s revenue will be fine because the hundreds of thousands of players who play and didn’t get banned (btw it was mostly legit bans anyway) will continue to spend
Well, well, well, it ain't going to be easy, this impacted too many things, AW season, AR week, BG alliance leaderboard, and of course, Kabam's revenue next month.
And they’re not publishing irrelevant news, making up stuff for no reason. They’re not distracting anyone from anything, the community team isn’t the one who has anything to do with bans anyway
No surprise, it will happen again and again.
Oh, wait, where did you get the "most" from?
Re: Sick of looking at banned account threads
Let's check this thread again, should we kick off the OP of the thread from the forum?
Re: Ban reversal incoming for those that don't know.
The wording seemed a bit ambiguous to me, so I asked. They are reversing those they believe to be, or have a good chance to be, false positives. The announcement says they unbanned a specific group and that it could have true positivesAs far as I have been told, Kabam is reversing the ones they believe to be false positives specifically. Not true. Even true positives could have been unbanned. 😬Where are the "you download the game from third party" guys now? They were so confident about that. We're still here. The ban reversals aren't across the board. They are for only the false positives. If you downloaded the game from a 3rd party that isn't an authorized source, you're still banned.
Keep in mind this does not mean the players whose bans are reversed are 100% certain to be clean. Rather, it means they should not have been flagged by whatever algorithm they ran for this ban wave. If any of those people are in fact running unauthorized clients or running in unauthorized environments, this should not be taken as an endorsement that what they are doing is perfectly fine. They should still migrate off of those clients and environments as soon as possible, or they risk being banned in a later sweep.

You need to make sure to have completed the raid mission within 5 seconds of throwing the sp3.
