Re: If downloading games from unofficial channels is illegal, why not ban in the first place?
You are just a pawn defending Kabam. Normal people have a sincere heart. They have played this game with their friends for several years and even spent a lot of money. To ban them without even getting a clear warning in advance is, in my opinion, an extremely irresponsible behavior. What part of clear warning is confusing you? They have warned people. Many many times over the years. They just finally acted on it.

Re: Some clarification on the recent ban wave
Good job Kabam!! Instead of going after real cheaters, you ban these poor guys without even a prior notice (should have been one month notice, i.e. for next update). All thanks to this new 'tech'...
So when do we expect some 'tech' to fix the game?? Missed inputs (block, parry); lag ; huge loading time, especially in battlegrounds; bugged updates every single time; super powered AI...

Re: Some clarification on the recent ban wave
But how they said that I sideloaded my game? Monthly I updated from play store. Now I think that they don't have actual data from where players downloaded it.95% of the game is free to play.I know kabam won't do anything that issue. They just wanted to out all FTP players. They said to me that I side-loaded this game! How they detect this? But actually I downloaded it from play store and recorded a video as a proof. Their detection system is poorly poor. Here's the only proof that I have. I only downloaded it from Google Play store. They're honestly not going to give you a proper reply. Think about - there are up to (about) 10,000 people saying that they are falsely banned. A good chunk are sending inquires to their support, and many are probably sending multiple reports that clog it up even more. On top of that, you have the regular support inquires, all on a weekend.
But kabam respond me to that I sideloaded this game from somewhere else. It's absolutely ridiculous. Screen video Drive link given below-
I know kabam wins always but I need a proper reply, I'm not satisfied their 1st response.

I'm certain you'll get more info from Kabam on Monday or Wednesday at the latest (whether that answer will suffice or not for you is a different matter). But I'm Kabam support won't be doing anything at the moment.
Different take on "The Ban"
Starting with I was not banned 😅, been playing on and off and been active for past 7 months I would like to understand a few things
1. For people like us who are not banned do we receive any compensation being amongst cheats for such a long time and some being let go with warning? 🤣 or I guess being faithful or fair is taken granted then.
2. If downloading game from any unauthorised source doesn't give any unfair advantage then couldn't a better solution would have been a warning through mail and a deadline for those using - to avoid this chaos
Part of the post is just me wanting free resources (I'm just being honest) and the other part feeling bad for genuine players (if any) who got banned for playing fair(no cheat or hack) but having downloaded the game from non authorised source.
Kabam definitely is right in asking people to download the game from authorised source but if people are being permanently banned then it has to be more than a download issue so it might make sense with different version of ban as different punishments.
Ps:- If cheaters are being punished then fair players can be rewarded too 😜

Here's an example. Not the newest one they've sent by far, they send them out every few months or so.

Re: Some clarification on the recent ban wave
Here are some recurring issues I've seen mentioned which seem like very plausible "mistakes" the software could've made:It's amazing how many idiots think everyone is guilty, as if Kabam could write flawless code, but can't make the game flawless after 10 years. I hope it happens to them next scan.A new piece of software was run against hundreds of thousands of accounts for the first time. No software developer would expect that to go off without a lot of errors or improper results occuring. This is why new software is often "rolled out" slowly in a company. First try it on 5% of the user base, then 10%, etc., and work out the bugs that arise along the way, before doing the big drop on the whole population.
- People getting banned for being out of compliance many years ago. The software doesn't seem to have limited itself to looking for recent infractions. If someone had the wrong software 9 years ago, but fixed it 8 years ago, they still seem to have been picked up as being a violator. I would think they should be let off the hook on a "statute of limitations" grounds in this case. This also raises the question of whether the software will continue to pick up people for violations who fix their client today, if it runs again in a month. What if they install the correct client an hour before the software runs again, but didn't get a chance to log in yet? Will logging in just one time under the correct client be enough to get a "pass" from the software every time going forward?
- An offshoot to this is a "double jeopardy" situation. People said they did get banned for using the wrong software years ago, but fixed it then and have been playing correctly for years. The software not only flagged them again this week, but also gave them a second or third strike for the same thing they already had a first strike for. Some of them were pushed to a permanent ban because of this. If true, this is just not fair, and I'm sure was not what the software was intended to do.
- Some people say they are running a very old OS, or maybe an unusual OS. It would be very hard for the makers of this software to know that it detects things correctly on EVERY old version of EVERY OS. We know that apps in the app store constantly say they will no longer work on older OSes as time goes on. It's very plausible to believe that this detection software might have problems getting correct results from older OSes.
At this point, I feel like a lot of manual investigation should occur. The users who were permanently banned should be looked at first, and reinstated if no cheating that would impact gameplay occured. The other ones may as well have their temporary bans lifted earlier, because the signal has already been sent, and they're going to be let back in anyway. But a clear message should be sent out in an in-game mail telling people that they have to install the app from these specific sources, so that everybody is clear on why they were banned.
Re: Placement of Stamp Cards!!!!
Raise a support ticket.
It’s ok you made a mistake, but be big enough to own it - rather than coming on the forums (where they can’t help you) to trash talk.
Fortunately for you, once you use the right methods, they’ll be more than happy to resolve YOUR mistake.

Re: Some clarification on the recent ban wave
Why would my main account get banned and not my alt account they are both played from the same phone that I used Google play to download?
Re: Are there any more Eidol Armory resources left to collect?
So I can’t get a lumatrix if I haven’t collected enough at this point? Thanks for letting me knowCorrect. Your only options is to get the 6* and/or just trade the rest for 7* shards.
