Im guessing kabam thought that since not every single player got him before and hes not in basic crystals, then this was the best course of action. Or waiting until December when they dump a ton of special releases like heart of fire into the basic.

Are you clicking the button from where it shows all your claimable drops, or the screen for the individual drop? I have found that sometimes the first doesn't work, but the second always does.
