Where are long term paragons usually stuck in story mode?

I was js curious about long term paragons and where they are stuck in story mode for those who got it from ranking 7 stars? I would assume the grandmaster, but in 2026 with r3s, I would think its hardly difficult anymore? Is it that they just can;t be bothered to play story or something?

this reminds me of work so much. People say things are broken and provide maybe 1 out of 10 necessary details in order for someone to actually troubleshoot this.
