Her instant Bleeds were not impacted by the bug, and should be 1-1 with how they always were.

The wording in the ability is a bit confusing, imo, as that's meant to outline the max bleed damage she can achieve when she maxes out her block penetration.
You'll need the Bulwark Buffs and Passives from her Heavy to achieve that, as it always was.

Here's a fight I just did as an example - notice the 3 Bulwark, and passives - with the Intimidate Debuff from Heavy.

TLDR - Bleeds were never impacted, need to optimize her buffs and passives.

If it makes you feel any better, it will feel repetitive and boring once 8* come out

If she does come.back.my guess is it will be for more Units maybe not 36k but 15k or 12k units for those that didn't get her.
