Since we cannot see your video and you shared no details on how it might not be functioning correctly here are a couple of suggestions of common issues with slow.
- several champions are immune to slow (destroyer, ultron) which if you used it with them it would just not apply.
- You can't use slow on champs which have class advantage over you. So Cap brit cannot slow any tech champions
- Slow reduces the ability accuracy of evade by 100%. However there are both champs and nodes that cannot have their ability accuracy reduced so if you were fighting a zola or old man logan or a champ with a node like force of will, then it will do nothing.
If it doesn't fall into any of those categories then you will need to upload your video to a website like youtube or imagr and then post the link here so we can see what is happening.

Holy **** you are absolutely right. How insanely ridiculous that they wrote those two things in the same message and saw no issue.
Reenabling the code a second time would be the perfect solution. The people who already claimed it wouldn't be able to again, and those who missed out would be made even with the others. Seriously, why WOULDN'T they do this other than wanting more people to not have exclusive champs they can gatekeep for over a year (OG she hulk from last year's box still not in the basic btw).
You guys messed up, make it fair even if it hurts your pockets a tiny bit in the long run.

Captain Britain Bug – Slow Not Preventing Evade
I tried to attach a video as proof, but it’s showing “file format not supported”, so I couldn’t upload it here.
Because of this bug, I had to restart the entire quest, which is extremely frustrating and wastes resources.
Additionally, it feels like multiple champions are affected, not just Captain Britain, making this a much bigger gameplay issue.
Please look into this urgently. I’ve attached a video for reference.

I’m one of @Kabam (Osaurus) Rex’s cheerleaders, but him ending his post with “Happy Sunday” leaves a bad taste and feels like a middle finger to everybody in the playerbase. It sucks.
