There wasnt an announcement in game until the stream started so your complaint is valid though

I am in agreement with above, I missed half of the rewards, mainly because I didn't notice the post made yesterday and there was no in game message about stream schedule.
And missed one reward as well because stream ended before rewards timer.

I spend zero time on the forum and I didn't get any kind of in game message. If it's not coming to me as an in game mail I won't see it.

The stream froze for me when he said "we're having technical difficulties." for a long time. I switched to a different steamer because it said "drops on". Went back to the kabam stream once it unfroze. Now I'm 6 minutes and 20 minutes short for the last 2 rewards even though I watched the entire thing...

There was always a grace period to watch some other channels to get all rewards. But I did not need that because I made my plans in a way that I can turn on the stream on Friday when it begins.
I do not remember if any livestream was at another day except Friday.
And now, today, the livestream occurred on Thursday and it has these special drops during the stream.
What the...?? Why this time?? Why couldn't you arrange these special twitch drops on a livestream that occurs on Friday?
Of course, there is nobody except me to blame as I did not read the announcement in Discord. I have life, I have work, I do not have much time to catch every post.
But I literally did not expect the livestream to occur at another day! And especially that you will put special livestream drops on it!
I enabled livestream at 20:03 CEST and figured out I am not getting the final reward, which is I even don't know what, but any ascension stuff now feels incredibly needed.
But I am not getting even reward for 45 miniutes watching because stream ended 20 minutes before end time for twitch drops.
I feel so screwed now.. Thanks. Many thanks. Good stream. GGs!

ACCOUNT BANNED 14 MILLION
After multiple attempts to reset my password (since I was unable to access my account to even submit a support ticket), my account now appears to be banned. I was only trying to regain access so I could report another issue—being charged for two Sigil memberships, one through the webstore and one through my Apple account.
To be clear:
• I have never shared my account with anyone
• I only play on two personal devices (my phones), switching only when one dies—no different than using a phone and tablet
• I was simply attempting to reset my password and access my account properly
My account is over 14 million rating, and I’ve invested tens of thousands of dollars into this game. This situation is extremely frustrating, especially considering I was trying to resolve a billing issue in the first place.
This ban appears to be a mistake, and I need this looked into and fixed immediately.
