That’s the rub though and what happens when trust completely breaks down between a company and its customer base.
Kabam is pushing the line of ‘we made some mistakes, it didn’t go as planned, we’re trying to improve ‘. In response the player base says ‘we don’t believe you, we think you pulled this to see what you could get away with.’
When trust has broken down that badly it’s going to take more than a few freebies and earnest messages to put it right. It’s going to take a substantially improved product that consistently performs to the levels expected.
Until that trust has been rebuilt you’re going to have to take whatever flak comes your way on the chin and accept it as part of the road to redemption.
Just one last point because it’s been bugging me all week. The failures didn’t occur because the players found the transition process too difficult as was strongly implied that first message that came out after the release. The failures came because it wasn’t implemented in the way we were told it would be, and because Kabam failed to properly prepare us for the change

Honest opinion about Magik and her pricing
As an attacker, she is too slow against non optimal matchups
As a defender, she may not be able to take lots of punishment while her degen may not be able to deal too much damage to the attacker if she dies too early
20 limbo tokens for 7* Magik is slightly OVERPRICED but this is Kabam
We get 3 free limbo tokens from an objective so that’s great
17 limbo tokens cost 340,000 radiance, there’s no hurry to get her since she is unlikely to make a huge impact to your account in any mode
She will cost more if you want First Appearance shiny shiny but I don’t think she is worth it
7* Magik is not ascendable also, she really needs the extra boost from ascension unfortunately
Am I missing some hidden potential from Magik?

she is overpriced - that's it , how long it takes to get those radiance for avg player
