If you can't chat, then you were chat banned. Takes a lot to get there, so congrats on the accomplishment I guess.
The account to send tickets to Kabam is separate from your game account. If you haven't sent in a ticket before (or in the last year or so), then you need to create an account on their support page first

Duping an ascendable champ from empowered grace crystals doesn't give you ascension tokens.
It has to be an "ascension pull" (pink border).
So your 1st or 2nd time pulling Jabari was a regular one probably

I opened 20 regular titans.
Six Dracs, three Blue Midvels for a 45% **** rate. I also got a Cassie and an Mbaku, which would put me over the 50% threshold for junk pulls.

This is why you hoard. Took me ~50 crystals but got and duped every new champ. Didn't even use my 6 Titan nexus crystals.
