Dazzler Special Attack 2
During all of my most recent battlegrounds matches where I had used dazzler when ever I use my special attack 2 the fury and prowess buffs arent appearing (the unblockable from the energy vunerability and precision are still appearing)so I am only dealing 3 to 4 k per hit. This has caused me to lose many matches. I was wondering if anyone else has been facing this issue and what can be done to resolve it.

To hover in the same VT tier, someone has to lose at least two thirds of their matches. So contrary to the belief that point farmers "ruin" things for lower progress players, those guys, to the extent that they exist, are handing lower progress players more wins than they would ever get anywhere else. Even if they were matched against players of equal roster you'd expect them to only win 50% of those matches on average. Winning 67% of their matches is something they could only dream of.instead of givin up, how about waiting until whales leave VT.Although, if they are staying in VT to grind, that means they would be losing at least 1/2 of their matches.
Oh they never will, they'll stay in VT to grind points for the summoner farm event.
Which means people facing them (even if under-strength) could maybe win about 1/2 of those against sitting-whales.
If VT was nothing but point farmers, all the Uncollected players would be in GC by now.

Spot inflicting Ruptures when Miss fails is intentional, he’s been that way since release. It’s just that instead of very short but potent Ruptures on successful Miss, he inflict much weaker and longer Ruptures that scale with base attack only when he’s successfully struck.

I can't hit maw at all, I'm using hit monkey but all my attacks are missing from the start, not a single one is going through (and no there was no falter on me ) is it broken or am I doing something wrong

Yeah maybe you're right bro.Bero have used loki more than anyone.There's nothing wrong in that. They all know each other. They do this quiet frequently.Well these two actually don't know each other.
Also, it doesn't matter. It's happened to me too and I don't know 99% of the people I match in BG.

They dont know each other in person but they play vs each other a lot. Everyone does at the top.

It's a MCOC app issue, as the buttons are showing over other apps, just not MCOC, which it used to prior to the latest update.
I've mentioned that it's since the latest update, which makes it obvious that it was showing before the update. So again, it isn't the screen recording app but a MCOC issue.
