There is a bug in bg store! 3 months ago I spent 3200 glory on basic t5 and it took both my glory and units,I have made multiple attempts to get the game team to look into it and still nothing!

Guys I just bought Tier 3 Alpha Catalyst fragments using Battleground chips,but got Tier 2 Alpha Catalyst fragments instead. what to do next? Feels frustrated. It ll cost me a lot of time to collect those again. Stupid bugs.

You have to accept the fight, each player chooses their defenders and attackers, remove all the buffs for defenders, make the matchmaking in equal terms and see how much happier and better reviews the game would get. The **** is ridiculous.No buffs no nodes, a straight up arena fight? Lol

Idk wth y'all creators think, the matchmaking in bgs is beyond horrendous. In gold and facing off with multiple r3 7*s, laughable, there's already multiple complaints about cheating. On top of it, you give the defenders multiple buffs. Take all of that nonsense out and make it a straight up fight. The **** beyond ridiculous. Straight cashgrab game. It used to be fun.You played since it came out and a roster full of 7r3s is a problem?.…
And why can't you go to settings? Make the **** make sense. That's why the majority of the community said **** this game. I've played since it damn near came.out but now it's just ignorant. Talking about banning cheaters, that's a joke.
