Kabam has been ignoring this for a long time.
People told me the same thing, maybe its happening cos before you enter the fight you don't have any role charges on the boss. Maybe cos I don't have the 5 siphon charges, or debiliate effects on the boss..but no that is not the reason..I am playing it properly as per the raid hack ..doing whatever actions are needed.
I am regularly able to get 50 mil points on average in raids and most of the times it does not happen. BUT THERE IS A FEW NUMBER OF TIMES IT DOES HAPPEN AND it was mostly an issue when using the DOT BOOST raid hack.

Case 1: Fervor gained but no Role charges:
I have a video where Seatin experiences the same problem when playing raids, but this is a bit old.

He starts the video with 2 vanguard charges (For OG iron man)

He has 1 vanguard charge and is able to do damage and hit max cap.

Now he has 0 vanguard charges but still goes in and is AGAIN ABLE TO DO Damage by reaching 50 fervor and gaining Role Charges and getting the big damage

STILL ON 0 Vanguard charges, you can see this time HE IS NOT gaining role charges even after reaching 50 fervor. The fervor just gets reset back to 0 and he cannot enter the big damage phase.

Now observe again, he is still on 0 Vanguard charges, but this time , he is able to do damage as soon as fervor reaches 50, he is able to gain the role charges and he is able to enter the big damage phase.

This did not happen to me again..but I see people complain about it now and then ..cos its just random. Basically you just lost your raid revive if this happens. You can see someone just recently commented on this again.

Case 2: Fervor just does not increase no matter what you, you have 5 debiliate debuffs on the opponent but you don't get the fervor charges you are supposed to get when completing missions.

I noticed a fix to this was just letting the debiliate debuffs go down to 4 and then intercept again so that it reaches 5 again and then it starts magically working again. It was as if the previous max debuffs just did not register in-game.
It became a bit easier when the fight timer was increased to 5 mins instead of 3..to manage and deal with this bug.

Occurence : Random, it happens once and then next time you go in it works. Nothing to do with Role charges. I already tested it.

I am tired of people just coming in saying again and again..that I cannot read or something. I mean I am not a dumb idiot..at this point with so many complaints there has just been no response at all.
This did not happen to me a single time in the last 2 NM raids, but what about those who are suffering from this problem ?

Provide timestamps or this entire post is irrelevant. Without them youre asking us to stop and watch an almost 20 minute video to prove you wrong which you know no one is going to do

It has been going on for months and the worst part is that it’s random so you can never or predict it . You have yet to actually elaborate. Without more information we're forced to write you off as just a crazed Kabam hater.
