It's not rigged. Your success in this mode is relative to other players, why would we rig it for you to score less points?
If you are having trouble hitting the 10k every week you definitely need to work on your strategy. Hold similar colors and open-ended straights and you will hit 10k very quickly.

He's too RNG dependent. His heavy reach is also bad so it's harder to rotate buffs without relying on parry. I have a rank 3 venom that I only use to counter spider champs.Venom's good, definitely not mid. One of my favs to useKabam is just kabam, not great, not bad, just kabamHaha

What they said. Kamala Harris usually doesn't do refunds for items like that, especially if you used them but it doesn't hurt to try. Especially if you cant even play the mode

What value do you see in those keys to begin with?Honestly, I don't tend to spend a lot in games. I figured it could be fun. But come on. The point is, all 5 stars in a valiant crystal? Honestly, after this, I'm not planning on ever spending money on this game ever again.

Kabam crashed look at this on Wednesday I was in good rhythm to get to 200 points and I was at 182 points but I encountered with this modder and I lost and it broke my rhythm and I was never able to get to 200 points even after playing 7 hours that day because I was having mind diversion after that match and I was thinking everyone modder and was choosing fast attackers than defenders
And because of this for the first time I wasn't able to get my 10k raidiance since it's launched I was thinking to contact support for this issue but then I realised what will support do if I didn't even claim the objective in first go 😞
Also the last minute server issue that could have also been part of many players losing their radiance if they are near the end of 200 points
Pls kabam crashed do something for this type of problems occuring time to time it just kills the fun of playing this mode

I mean, if you can live stream every match and also happen to have an employee watching, this might happen to you too.I don’t know about the whale immunity rumors, but the Lagacy stream was so weird I almost couldn’t believe it. Mike and Fintech both in the stream, lagacy’s opponent definitely seemed to be modding in round 1, and then they were just shut down before round 2 was even finished. From 400+ to 0 points immediately.I mean, I'm happy this cheater got banned, but he was in Celestial when he faced Lags.
So think about all the players who lost points to him along the way and will never get any redress for it, except for Lags, who gets to just avoid it because his Kabam buddies want to help him.
What happened to the whole "It's a process, use the report button, it has to go through the proper channels, etc."?
The other thing happens otherwise too. It's not only for "big shots", miike, pinwheel , jax and others have personally helped solve account issues of those who post on the forums(regular players. Not even forum regulars) without having to go throught the whole support process.
But the other system exists because they can't personally intervene for every single issue.
