There's nothing to fix, you're NOT at level 90!! You started at level 1 and you're now at level 15. This means you ranked each class collective 14 times for a grand total of 84. Each collective rank needs to be at 16 to qualify for that objective.

People think I am defending it mostly.

There is only 2 routes right now.

1- Kick, scream and cry expecring the objective is fixed (Not a chance...)

2- Focus on getting those points, try as hard as possible and at the end of the objective timer kick, scream and cry if it wasn't achieved.

Just to be clear. No one in any thread explaining what's happening is defending kabam. It's a really stupid mistake that should have been at the latest fixed with this compensation.

But have you seen how this game runs? Two things CANNOT be done at the same time lest the entire thing is reduced to atoms

You are absolutely right, good thing is that they probably have about 3 or 4 years to fix that mistake.
