**WINTER OF WOE - BONUS OBJECTIVE POINT**
As previously announced, the team will be distributing an additional point toward milestones to anyone who completed the Absorbing Man fight in the first step of the Winter of Woe.
This point will be distributed at a later time as it requires the team to pull and analyze data.
The timeline has not been set, but work has started.

There is currently an issue where some Alliances are are unable to find a match in Alliance Wars, or are receiving Byes without getting the benefits of the Win. We will be adjusting the Season Points of the Alliances that are affected within the coming weeks, and will be working to compensate them for their missed Per War rewards as well.
Additionally, we are working to address an issue where new Members of an Alliance are unable to place Defenders for the next War after joining. We are working to address this, but it will require a future update.

Idk how but I’m actually disappointed and I gave up a long time ago on Kabam.
To top it off the calendar seems to not realize what year the game is in anymore so not a whole lot to look forward too.
Even if Kabam were to acknowledge the big miss on this event and reward all players the rewards for 100% of each level of this event, the rewards are so meh that I would still be underwhelmed.
Worst let down for me.
Something like gwenpool goes to the movies, (not in difficulty, in rewards and structure—think the Deadpool valentines event) celebrating the last 21 movies, similar to how endgame does, would be up to scratch as a side event. In each of the six quests in this event, each avenger would specialize in a different one. Global nodes would take the place of the infinity stone boosts—however, you wouldn’t degenerate and suffer attack reduction if you decided not to go in with the specific avenger. Exploration (2 paths each quest) of this event would award a cinematic crystal (updated with mcu captain marvel etc) and a marvelous crystal (the one with the champs not in basic pools yet). The rarity of the crystals would depend on the difficulty completed. (5* for epic, legendary for master, etc) It would also award shards for a slightly buffed last stand crystal.
As a main quest, another well-designed Thanos boss is warranted. The storyline of the quest makes sense. However, the rewards, even as a one time deal, could be juiced up. Possible ideas (off the top of my head):
• a blue title selector attached to uc (choose between)
2-time Galaxy Saver
Assembled
Underoos
(The titles can differ, the idea is to pay homage to previous movies)
• each time you beat nameless Thanos, a chest would drop a random infinity stone profile pic. You were guaranteed to get a different infinity stone (that you didn’t have) every single time you beat him. Depending on which difficulty you beat, the pic would have a different border; when you got all six of the same border type, you could trade them in for an infinity gauntlet of the same border type. The stones would be available for different unit prices in the store, like they are now.
• a beefed up time attack—something like “the first 50 (number can be adjusted) summoners to explore uncollected impress the children of Thanos, and seeing as he’s out of commission, decide to join you. Essentially, you get 5* versions of Corvus proxima ebony and cull. Those summoners would have to bring in their strongest team and figure out the final Thanos on the fly, all while racing the clock.
This is what I came up with in about 15 minutes. Kabam had this on their agenda for over a year. I know that they’re marketing to people to join the game instead of pandering to their current player base, but I started a new account this month, and I really don’t see it. I also think Kabam put a lot of hope in a repeat of the symbiote in the form of the infinity-enhanced avengers. That also, didn’t quite hit. All in all, I feel like the idea was there, but the execution wasn’t quite right.
Endgame is such an epic movie/event/culmination of so much hard work, this lacklustre and lazy event is an insult to anything related to Endgame.
I think it’s fair to say this community expected and deserved more.
