Several days have passed and we are still unable to claim the rewards. Kabam, how long will it take for you to come up with a solution? We need an update on this issue.

Starting to think this isn't going to be fixed before the awards age out of my stash. I know 500 5* shards isn't the end of the world but those shards are hard enough to come by that - makes the situation even more aggravating. It's been nearly a week, and it doesn't feel like Kabam is putting any urgency into fixing this. Vydious's response was the first thing we'd seen in what- 2 or 3 days?

Kabam, I may be wrong, but the feeling I get is that you are delaying the compensation on purpose. It seems you are waiting for the community to forget or, at least, have a smaller expectation on the size of the compensation. Prioritizing fixes to Act 6.3 and introducing new features meanwhile outstanding issues affecting player progress just shows how greedy you are. This demonstrates a huge disrespect to the players affected. I hope the players still impacted by the issues from the past week don't spend a dime on this game until all fixes are in place and a good compensation becomes available. About compensation: offering deals to be purchased by money or units IS NOT compensation. Prices in this game are already ultra inflated. You have Thanksgiving and Cyber Monday in a few weeks. Get this huge opportunity to show your customers they are valuable and you are really sorry for what happened and is still happening. Once in your life, be generous!

It’s tricky because not everyone has rewards that are stuck, and those that do likely have a range of rewards that are frozen. I have 1000 5* shards and some crystals, while others could have better or worse rewards involved. But rolling out the same compensation to everyone doesn’t account for these differences. I imagine the solution isn’t easy, but I can also imagine many users complaining if we all get the same compensation regardless of how we each were affected. Of course, there were other problems besides stuck rewards....
I have 2 expiring energy refills. One expiring in 7 days and the other in 8 days. I click "Claim Max" and the "Claim Max" grays out and nothing else happens. If i go somewhere else and come back I still see the 2 energy refills.
