The reward changes aren’t good. The solo objective sucks. This is supposed to be a new phase of redemption for the game, but so far it’s been impressively underwhelming, disappointing, and overall damning, as it indicates they really haven’t gotten the extent to which the game has fallen behind the interest of its players.
The rich get richer with these new rewards. Unless ur Master...complete waste of time & resources to participate in this “new & not improved” s19 war. 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️

Rewards quantum is a different discussion but you can't compare Masters top spot to Gold 1. In order to have a perfect season in Master, people spend about on average 5k+ units on potions and boosts. In order to have a perfect season in Gold 1, you just need to know your basic skills.
Which is true, but just shows the difference tbh. People spending should have an advantage, but the difference between Masters and even P2/P3 is massive. The gap just keeps increasing. They should have buffed the rewards down low as well for shards. Not a 1k 6* shards for P4.
Alright I have some questions 1) The Bulwark indestructible is a buff that can be interacted with by stagger and nullify? Don't want the buff vs passive fiasco again.So, I just want to be sure 2) Do the indestructible charges increase when you use dexterity mastery. It was mentioned as dodge, so I just want a little more clarity. 3) Do the charges increase by 1 every time you miss/evade/dodge? or do they increase by 1 the first time, increase by 2 the second time and by 3 the third time making a total and maximum of 6? Anyone from Kabam can respond, Thank you
I want the developers to try doing wars vs is Alliances. Tactics are just useless. They don't work. Everytime they change a tactic, people tell them that it's a failure, they disagree, make us hamsters to test it out and then 'nerf' it the next season before adding something else.
Nothing in here gets me excited for AW. Flow will still be overpowered and the rewards changes are very minor. I will continue to be sitting out of AW.
Please take the community feedback to heart and scrap tactis all together.
as a player in a plat 4 borderline plat 3 alliance, this update does nothing for me. I might as well stop playing aw and just use my glory to buy t5b and t2a. I spent nearly all of my glory season on pots last season. If I had used them on cats I would walk away with so much more. Its just a waste of time and this is the update. Its not like its going up again anytime soon. blah
So today was the 2nd announcement since the famous "road map" and as before, just another BIG disappointment. here is the summary: 1. Kabam removed the easy defensive tactic, add harder ones, buff an existing one (metal) and didn't touch at all the two most annoying one (villain and flow) that players are waiting for two seasons for them to fix. 2. the attacker tactic is completely useless... it's like using XP boosts... doing absolutely nothing! 3. new rewards? i barely see any difference. 4. "temporarily" removing hidden node (oh, some good news... was it that hard?) 5. new badge\title - who care???
This is so bad, I went right past being mad to just laughing. Basically if you’re not a platinum alliance, you might as well not do war. A month of daily inconvenience to get the same trash. Go back and try again.
I wouldn't go that far, but this chart shows a definite imbalance.
I disagree, it is perfectly balanced like all things should be.
Honestly kabam only cares about their whales which is bs, i gett making sure whales have good rewards cuz it keeps them whaling however if you give low teir players better rewards they too may be incentivized to do better and whale out a bit rather than alienating them making them want to quit aw or even the game outright
The updates are disappointing, and indicate the game isn’t receiving the love it has desperately needed for at least a year or two. Seeing a PHC in the cavalier solo objective rewards really encapsulates the negligence.
It does not appear the community was taken seriously.
The gold tier rewards are sooooo bad. If you are not a high tier alliance pushing masters or platinum, it is just garbage. I am in a gold 1-2 alliance and rewards were irrelevant in season 18 and are still irrelevant with the so-called "buff"
I see Flow is back. I will have tell my Alliance I will be stepping down. I have no interest in fighting that node again. If you look at current boss diamond maps it’s as if Mystic wars have returned when you add Doom to SS, BWCV, Mojo, Dorm, & Magik.
Before chiming in “It’s not so hard,” I was the one taking on IMIW. Sometimes it was clean sometimes not. Rewards are still not worth the 160 units to heal up.
So you bring out a def tactic esp vs Ghost and Quake. Why dont you make global truestrike and armorbreak while you are at it.
This is soooooo lame. You learned nothing. And the flow attack counter is stupid as well. The biggest problem always were stunimmune debuffimmune and you cant heavy them very well. Missed the mark
War just got a whole lot harder and more time consuming for attacking (now need to check your lane, check the defensive tactic, check how/who it affects offensively), harder and more time consuming to choose defenders (decide on a tactic, redo EVERYONE's defenders accordingly, repeat as we all learn more about tactics), harder and more time consuming to place, and the actual fights are more complicated and harder on an individual level with new nodes/tactics/etc., all for zero additional rewards (for my alliance - Gold 1/2/3).

Um....no. I get that you were ribbing, but I'm still going to point out that the only real changes were made around Plat and up, and that doesn't do anything for anyone lower. The problem is, in comparison, they were already significantly greater than the rest. So not perfectly balanced at all. I mean, I get it. The top made a stink and now they're catering to them. Unfortunately, if the rest are neglected, people will lose interest because when there's an apparent siding like that, people will be demotivated. Why bother? If you're not in the same few Allies and you never will be, you won't get significant enough Rewards to progress. I'm all for increasing, as long as it's done with all levels in mind. Pander too much, and you may just find the majority dwindling.
They just always seem to cater to the whales and the newbies in respect to rewards. What about the High end players that don't spend? High Gold and Plat alliances shouldn't be getting PHC, 3* and 4* rewards from events. It's like giving an Olymic bike rider a horn for a tricycle.
