I've always loved Apocalypse. I don't care if he would've been the worst or best champion in the game, I would've still worn this Apocalypse pfp with pride. After all, Apocalypse was the reason I got into mutants and if you remember, I made like 4 threads hyping him up before his release because I just love the character.

Cuz the Apoc Deep Dive made Apocalypse look like he hit weaker than Karnak. They didn't do it right last time, they got it right this time. People can change, I suggest you do the same.

Whenever a month starts, people who haven’t manually set their pfp, will get 1 of the 2 champs. That is why there were so many Prof X, Airwalker etc pfps.
How about we wait until we play with the champ ourselves? Even in a deep dive or content creator video, we as regular folk dont have full synergies or all the necessary items to completely max out a new champ. Until you can play the champ yourself, you honestly have no idea if they are good decent or trash.

I did not know that, thank you. I had always assumed they just chose to do that to jump on the hype train of the new champions.
Ah yes KD back with a ridiculously early take that he’ll stick with for a while out of sheer stubbornness in an opinion that will be completely different from the reality.
Why jump to conclusions so early bro? First with Apocalypse, then that Cable>Domino statement, now this? I don’t see how CGR’s utility can outclass the likes of Corvus, CMM, and Hyperion. He might have some flashy numbers in the deep dive but we need to see first what content he can do.
I’m not sure if I’d say best cosmic in the game but he’s on the level of Corvus and CMM which are his only real contenders in the class he is easily 3rd in the class if he stays the way he is
