The word underated has lost all meaning.

I feel like x23 gets no love and her bleed and regen are amazing. She even has crazy crits for bleed immunes. She cannot take a hit well, but if you keep her power at max, she regens like crazy!

    1. White Magneto- While his role as Pre-Fight support is valuable, his synergies are equally (if not more) useful in making affected champs more practical, like Guardian. On top of that, his damage slaps; I've hit 30k sp2s with my r4 4star. Sure, he doesn't hit harder than Red Magneto, but he still hits hard as hell.

    2. Taskmaster- Reliable AA reduction throughout the fight, his ideal combo is a good Mix Master counter (MLH) after the first exploited weakness, and he looks cool. Kabam needs to update/fix his Photographic Reflexes, though, and his ideal combo requires aggressive AI (though it isn't necessary if you can reliably stun the opponent). An tweak with just 3 or 4 changes to him would be enough to make him far better than he is now.

    3. Annihilus- very straightforward rotation- zerg the opponent and hope your Stifle RNG works out on sp2- yet it's been a ton of fun for me, especially on Cav Buffed Up. Sheer amount of debuffs synergizes well with Despair, and immunity to incinerate, Coldsnap, and Power control with his Control Rod active. Also stun immune 60% of the time he's attacking. Highly dependent on his Control Rod though, and anything which can remove any buff removes it.
(You could go for the full 12 stifles on sp1 then rush for sp2, but the gray timer disappeared so it's hard to time, and honestly isn't worth the trouble anymore until Kabam re-implements it).

    4. Green Goblin- Safety net in Madness, Offensive utility and damage in his Cunning, and access to a variety of useful effects. Paired with the Red Goblin synergy, all he needs is a way to increase debuff potency and increased power rate and he could be an absolute machine.

    5. Crossbones- Cascading damage and Ability Accuracy reduction, one of the few champs who can reduce AA through buffs (other examples of this feature include Cull's Rout and Civil Warrior). Needs a natural way to refresh his furies/increase crit rating to be truly good, though (yeah, he has a Taskmaster synergy which refreshes his furies, but Overrun sucks and takes too long to enter).

Tried to give props to champs others didn't mention, so this list does look pretty strange.

I don’t think these champs are under rated except xbones , as far as the others they are perfectly rated,

X-23 cant stack more than 5 bleeds , this makes her not that great compared to some of the bleeders in game, with more utility .

Some of the options that come to mind :

    Old man Logan
    Medusa
    Venom
    VTD
    Killmonger
    Sabertooth
    Carnge
    Ronin

And if we look at champs that we’re released with her of before :
    Gully

    1. Red Hulk. Severely underrated. Started using him for domino trinity, but now I use him all the time on his own.
    2. Mephisto. Just doesn’t get enough credit. He can do some work
    3. Voodoo. He’s so good. Crushes many situations.
    4. Killmonger. Fantastic champ with good utility.
    5. Dormammu. Double immune and power control has uses quite often. Plus he gets around the cutting wires anti robot nose that’s appearing now in some content.
