Dexing is damn near impossible for me. Threw units at it. Can’t. Be. Done. Guess I don’t need an r4. What a delusional idea to release a ‘dex intensive’ fight at a time like this. Show must go on, I know. But, to mangle another entertainment related saying, this particular Elvis left the stage, and might just exit the building as well.
At some point Kabam needs to look at itself internally. Literally everything comes out with bugs nowadays...

I’m no expert at coding, but this fight has existed for a long time. And why on earth was this not tested ahead of time? Should have been easy to spot
Code can interact weirdly at any point. You can’t just copy from “Grandmaster_6.4_fight.doc” and paste into “Summer_of_Pain_fight.doc” and expect everything to work.
That being said, I would hope that something like this would be obvious in testing but perhaps it wasn’t actually bugged in their test build, and only when it was released to the wider game the code interacted with something in the live build that caused the bug.

I have never (feel free to check) asked for compensation or anything of the kind. But in this case, I expect to be fully refunded the units I used. Nothing more (no freebies needed), but also, nothing less. Thanks in advance.

I agree with those disagreeing with me: if people spend units (equates to money) on something that is broken, that is their problem. Yup, I see the light now. Or rather, I don’t in actuality (sorry about that, but I bought 55 LED lamps, none of which work, but refund request was religiously and righteously refused) but in the abstract, I get the point. And I wholeheartedly agree. People need to spend more money on absolutely broken stuff, regardless. It’s best practice. Thanks for enlightening me.

U need to rewatch there is no competence when hes wounded so guessing u got hit by heavy to get the removed as they dont suddenly go when he enters wounded state

I cross my heart and swear to god that I had competence. I did not get hit by his heavy. I had 3 blunders and 8 competence. When he went into his wounded stage, this is what I had.
I'm sure your team is able to find out how many paths each player has completed while it was bugged and award appropriate compensation to number of paths done, matter of fact I recall a per path/run compensation was done in the past but I can't remember what situation it was for exactly.
The team will be looking into who would've been affected by this before the fix went out, though given the amount of data that needs to be sifted through and sorted, any revives/potions being sent out will likely be coming next week.

thank goodness. lots of people spent lots of revives and units and potions before we knew it was bugged

Will you only be compensating those who completed it or will you include those who couldn't as well? I spent about 30 revives (Including 18 I bought with units specifically for this fight) and wasn't able to KO him. Will I get compensated?
