Ok cool. But I have to say it really would be much simpler if they did what said how they said they would
It is taking longer than they anticipated because they aren't actually "reenabling" the old offer because that actually doesn't work. They have to datamine everyone who completed Act 7 and then datamine everyone who bought the offer, make a list of everyone remaining, and then create a special offer that looks exactly like the original one and send it manually to those players.
This takes time and it is a moving target because players are still completing Act 7 now, so they are trying to work out the details to ensure that everyone who is supposed to get it actually gets it, they get it at the original 10k price and not the stepped down 12k price, and no one gets to double dip on the offer. That's more complicated than they first assumed.
I really don't care how hard it is to do it. Make a better time line on how long it will take you to dish the offer out.

They can’t make a better timeline when the difficulty of doing what they’re doing is something they don’t do often, especially if they then don’t hit the EXACT deadline and entitled people like you spew nonsensical statements like you just did.
I think the problem is there is no real answer on a timeline unless they know how to fix it. Which in that case, it would be done and out already. And then at the same time, their pressed to give a timeline on something that they are still looking into so they try to give a best guess, but if their wrong they get called out for it. So makes it hard. Do you guess with a timeline, or do you just hold off and not give one. Either way they get called out for it. Its a lose-lose situation for them.

We're not coders here or experts. If the timeline is that hard to determine, simply state that say you'll have the offer return in the upcoming weeks just like they said they would do for Eternity of Pain rewards. People would still have questions but they wouldn't have to go back on a set date. How hard is that?
Kabam could bring back the offer 2 months from now and you'll have an excuse. It's not entitlement when I hold Kabam to there own standard. They said the original date was May 2nd or 3rd I believe, not me.

No, they never gave a date. They said it would come back before the original discount period ended. They never gave an actual date.
The absence of dates with this type of thing means there's no easy way of getting that info.

Can someone please explain to me now, how any F2P players or even casual spenders like me, are able to dish out 20-30k units for paragon in a 2 -3 week span on offers?
Please tellme how this is progression based, or skill, AW/AQ tier, content etc.. how do those come into the calculations?

My honest opinion is that F2p should update their strategy with the times. Kabam is rewarding the highest rankup materials through acts and offers. If I were fp2 I would run suicides year round and play arena. That way I will have enough battlechips and units to get complete all the acts within the first week of arrival and get all the offers available. With that strategy alone you would be paragon at latest with the second offer that is dropping later this month. You don't even have to complete hard content really, so you'll be fully stocked with units.

Tbh, this is my coping mechanisme. Getting 15k~ 6 months while doing other contents is a grind! (arena is not fun imo) but this is 30k in a very short period~ Pre huge account changing events, like 4th & black friday. (not counting gifting.. that's another thing al together that changed in 2 years)
The transaction aspect i am seeing now , as a part to stay remotly relevant is not in contrast with anything related to the game progression, marvel lore or skill.

Not buying crystals and mediocre offers? I’m an FTP player and had over 50,000 units saved up before buying the offer yesterday. I have enough left to buy it again in two weeks (I didn’t buy after 7.4 as I didn’t see much benefit before the Paragon announcement). I do arenas to get t1a, t4c and new 3*/4* champs, but I’m definitely not a heavy arena grinder. I just don’t buy crystals and most offers even for Cyber Monday, July 4th, or over holidays. I’m a saver in real life, too. I don’t buy a lot of things even though I can.
Not gonna lie, the transaction aspect is more obvious these days. Content doesn't matter, you just to save for 2-3 big exchanges a year and you're set..
Consequence of absurdly easy story content unfortunately.

It is a more effective strategy. Hard hitting story content like act 6 had to make shift because people just didn't play it after awhile. I finished all of act 6 with the exception of 6.2. I had to go back and run the final 6 lanes to 100%. That is unheard of nowadays.
Saving units is much more enjoyable for the everyday player than hard acts. @worknprogress is right about this one.
I feel like them making this title for people who have 100% Act 7 and have 1 r4 6* would have been fair… 3 r4 6* is an extreme jump from Thronebreaker…

For people who have just achieved TB, perhaps. It's not really aimed at those people.
I am on my way to win the parangon title, but my doubt is because the legend title does not get any benefit and is only purely aesthetic. It doesn't give you any benefit or anything, only when you earn it some tier 4 catalysts and that's it. Runes and time are invested in it so that it has no benefit.
