Titles have absolutely nothing to do with game economy though. They basically just segregate portions of players off. The available materials oxost in the game regardless. If someone doesn't have that title they fell below the line that was drawn.
You care bc people in your alliance may not qualify for a tier of offer on July 4th. That's it. You know how people keep up in the AQ race? They spend to do so. So I suggest either coming to terms with that or lowering your bar bc you seem to be swimming in water that's too deep for you to me.
With the TB title there were lots of people that wouldn't do an Abyss run or rank a champ that wasn't ideal. I didn't have any sympathy for that. There was a clear path to get TB if people wanted to get it. With this title, if you whaled out on the gifting event you're good to go. If you whaled out on offers, you're good to go. But you could have all content 100% and be unable to get the title. I'm not a fan. I don't think it's a hill to die on. I'm sure those of us who can't get three r4s will have the title before too long. I think it should be act 7 100% and 2 r4s though. Or there should be a way to get another R4. I don't mind working toward something but currently it's just a waiting game.

You may be new to this tier of AQ, I'm not.
It has absolutely everything to do with the game economy. I've run a top 20 AQ ally for almost 2 yesrs now. This is nothing new to me. My entire alliance outside of 2 people (who will be ranking up by the end of AQ) all have 3 r4's or higher. So clearly you're severely misinformed about my motivations as long as my alliances standings. We're whales. All that being said 2 r4s is just right in my opinion and thats not changing. It has 0 effect on my ally personally.
The lower they make the bar, the less of a bar it really is. It's not insurmountable, but it will take some time for some people to achieve. Somehow people think it's an injustice to have something to work towards. That's how the game stays fresh. It's also something that paces the overall game, for evolution, as well as gives the team time to design content and Rewards before it no longer becomes much of a hurdle at all. Then we're at the point where something else is needed much sooner. It's not the requirement that people are upset about. It's the fact that some of them have finished all content and will have to wait. Which is not an injustice. In fact, it's the number one thing people complain about. Something more to work on. You're not going to get that over time from a piece of content most people at that stage will push through in a day or even a week. Something has to serve as a time spacer.
The Paragon benefits are pretty minor ATM. The biggest Impact might have the"tailored" Deals, that a FTP dont buy.

There EoP rewards aren't gated. There's 2 objectives for Paragon and that's it.

You mean on the first page of the announcement? Right where it says there will be special objectives? It may be more than 2 but the actual content rewards aren't locked behind Paragon. You can still do it with being Paragon.

They've already explained how. Gifting wasn't included in the ways they listed.
They also said they got the Gem they wanted for the second option. There's a difference between it being possible, and waiting for a preferred option. Just saying.

You mean on the first page of the announcement? Right where it says there will be special objectives? It may be more than 2 but the actual content rewards aren't locked behind Paragon. You can still do it with being Paragon.
It should be added ingame, with the game methods, instead of lazy designing for "difficulty" or ultra rare resources, mostly obtainable with cash offers.

did you mean getting lucky with "free" gifting crystals? do you add that with your without paying method to gain the title? Did you actually count what resources could have been gained even counting the time gated events?
They've already explained how. Gifting wasn't included in the ways they listed.
