Yes, there’s lots he can’t do. Just like every other single champ in the game.
So a pretty generic cosmic... almost every cosmic has those abilities so remind me again why im using the rng fiesta one

You still don't get it. Domino doesn't have different abilities from other mutants and she is and RNG fiesta. That doesn't make her bad, the same way it doesn't make hype bad.

You mention domino is different because she has ability accuracy reduction and can also be a good defender. Lot's of mutants have AAR and hype is also good on def (power gain). If you say just counter his power gain then same goes for domino - just counter her AAR, lots of ability accuracy reduction immune champs are in the game now.

If you mean AAR is better than fury well you're comparing apples to oranges, you can't really say one is better than the other. In some scenarios fury is going to be better and in other AAR.

Hype is good and in no way overrated, I'm actually curious about the damage a r5 hype could do. In your own words: he isnt overrated because people dont exaggerate what he can do but he also isnt down played (even though he is a 2016 champion - which is amazing)
I never said she had different abilities from other mutants i was saying aa reduction is different from furies. Aa reduction being one of the best utilities in the game you cant compare that to a champion who has furies maybe furies will be better than aa reduction like 5% of the time

Hype isnt good on defense unless theres a seperate power gain node in place he can be taken with any champ not usually worth bringing a counter for

hyperion's power gain is really annoying because he waits until special 3. (at least for me)

The thing is, we DO know what's going on. There's a reason why Hyperion is still able to perform at the level of the best champs even from 2016.
His utility is not the best in the game. Yes there are people who counter him well. (Side tip, Tigra turns him into a potato.) But I don't think he has "0 utility;" if you look at his abilities he has a pretty good combo of them (just alone being poison immune automatically gives him more than 0 utility), and his power gain is actually really useful because I can get to SP2 faster than my opponent.
But his damage is wack. With lots of furies he can demolish. He's really easy to use, has pretty good survivability (cosmic healing isn't bad but isn't great) and if you don't bring a counter he can shred on defense.
Plus, my last defense: Kabam spotlight lists Hyperion as having 2.5/5 utility, not 0/5. 50% is average.

You opened up a poll post to get other players’ thoughts about what you think are overrated. That’s cool. Nothing wrong.
I don’t have an idea of what your standard was when you say an champion is overrated, but that’s fine. I’m sure you have your own reasons and explanations.

I do hope we agree that people have different perspectives and standards, because if not, there is no reason for you to start a poll.

That being said, i do believe your standard or overrated is very far from other players who give their thoughts and makes comments here.

I personally feel being overrated is when the community constantly talks about a certain champion how broken they are, or how they are discussed as if they are a ‘must-rank-up’ champion, but I PERSONALLY don’t agree.
That’s my thought. And while i did make a vote, my honest feeling is that I don’t think any of the champions you listed up are actually overrated.

And i do not think my thoughts are an absolute truth. If others can persuade me to think otherwise, i would do so.

Now, it’s ok if you disagree to others. If you disagree to my comments. We don’t have to share a common thought, it’s not mandatory is it?
But if you want to persuade someone to think the way you do, at least you have to be gentle and polite. Even if they don’t change their minds until the end, give them respect for their thoughts and for their heart and strong wills to defend their opinion.
