**KNOWN BG ISSUE**

**Arcade is being extra tricky with his Murder Box...**
It appears Arcade has been non-cooperative in his approach to this month's side quest and presented his clues in a nonsensical order. Lucky you, Summoners, we have our best and brightest on the case and those clues should now be a lot more straightforward. While messing around in Arcade's files we came across a phrase, highlighted and bolded, with sparkles and pointy arrows: "the abode for the dead" ... Maybe that will help you along the way!

    I can't claim the free legends celebration crystal from the store because I don't remeber my kabam account password and I can't reset it because I don't have access to that email anymore. I contacted kabam support but I can't answer their security questions like when was ur account made etc. Because I started in 2021,and stopped, then started again and all my progress was gone and my account reset but I had the same champs so I'm not sure when my account start date is and also I can't find out my og start date in 2021.They told me that I could check my first Google play achievement and I did but when I told them thr date they said it was wrong.     Kabam only steals from the players... 2 accounts have already blocked me without having cheated... I made some purchases and they didn't get my money back... Kabam steals from his players, I know they will delete this post because they know it's true.

    same I been on summoners marketplace everyday and I never saw that either. I got the one in game but never got a chance to get in marketplace. Quite disappointed

    I can't believe that Kabam is so good at laughing at the players... 1st they block my account, stealing my purchases with real money and now they send me a statistic of the year, being that they blocked my account a little more than a month ago... that's called mocking... Kabam are really burlesque thieves. Give me back my account.

    Can you add other in-game items, such as daily cards and special bundles (i.e. GBC bundle)? We have experienced issues with Google Pay and missed some items.

    Players... Kabam steals from the players, they do not spend their money, I made 2 purchases and KABAM closed my account I made the corresponding claims and KABAM tells me that they will return the money, it has been more than a month and they never returned the money to me... and in the terms and conditions you cannot make a lawsuit to KABAM and one as a player. They are real thieves.

    The offers in the kabam store changed after I went from Cavalier to Paragon.. so it's possible for kabam to gate the market bonus.. besides its not going to be game breaking.. there is 5 day refresh so no one can abuse it.

    Again, it isn't progression-gated at the moment. They will likely make it progression-gated in the future, but I wouldn't expect that anytime soon.
