R5 Hulkling or R2 Gorr?

Normally I’d do Hulkling since my focus is BGs but I’m torn because of the next progression title most likely being tied to 7 stars.
Luckily I do have a shuri that I’m targetting to r2 but if the next title requires more than one r2 , then I’m out of luck as my 7*’s arent the best. (Unless i do Gorr over Hulkling)
I have no r5’s either, Hulkling would be my first.

Full discretion, im also not a fan of playing Gorr and someone in my war group already has a r2 on defense. So i really dont see the need to rank him right now 🤷♂️

Thanks for the insight, i know the obvious choice is Hulkling. The only reason I was considering Gorr was because of the next progression title (to have more 7r2 besides Shuri). You can bet it’ll be tied to 7 stars
But also, i have a feeling r5 gems will be more common. Things like 8.3 exploration, or cyber monday unit deals etc. speaking of, i looked at the july 4 deals last year , and look how mediocre and easily obtainable the stuff in the odin are. Thats a t5cc thats covered.
Now im still going to do Hulkling, but If this trend continues, it may be potentially optimal to start focusing the use of t6cc on 7 stars. Its the most relevant game mode though until they buff alliance content and even then it may not be on par with BGs.
