@Kabam Miike how about people receiving the reward they would have got if your people didn't mess it up? Track last aw Season placement send those rewards to the allies accordingly.

5 revives general for aw compensation ? Gauntlet is 2 years old. This economy that "compensation" is another sq. Hell even sq has better rewards.

Also you guys messed up sending a content key to the playerbase in whatever time it was intended to? I think you should have put that on the Trello board. You know since you track things there now.

Because the game is in disarray with every piece of content being released being full of bugs, champions being full of bugs, changes to champions kits not being communicated well, the controls in the game are still broken after years. I don’t think we should get a full season of rewards for nothing, but proper gestures of goodwill to keep the players happy is a good business tactic. We get the bare minimum and it annoys everyone. The game is not in a good place.

The gauntlet rewards were good when it came out but a lot of things happened in contest since then with the introduction of 7* shards and within this month Ascension and Titan crystals are coming.
That's where i would like to focus currently and put my time and efforts.

As you said it could have been better if it came out before the announcement and players would have appreciated it and you could have avoided this backlash. I'm not particularly mad about the "compensation" but I understand why players are not liking it. It's probably the wording. If you have to grind it out and put time and efforts it doesn't feels like one, as simple as that.

We missed aw rewards, I understand in AW we have to earn those reward but difficulty of AW is not that of gauntlet.

You can't say since since AW is down , rewards you would have earned by playing AW we have guarded them with gauntlet difficulty.

What would have been acceptable to me. Some rank up mats in that compensation. That is what I look forward to most in aw. Maybe half or full t6b and same with t3a and a t5cc crystal would have been sufficient to me with the loyalty. Would 7 star shards be great? Yeah, but my fun in the game is growing my roster so rank up mats are what keeps me interested and why I try to stay competitive in aw.

as someone whose done gauntlet before im pretty hyped about the keys. but for the rest of the summoners who might not have the willpower to do any gauntlet runs it seems pretty useless. i feel like maybe a bit more loyalty could go towards players and some
6 or 7 star shards scaling with progression level

Constructive feedback.
1. Put out game modes that actually work as planned.
2. Respect and honor the folks spending free time and lots of money playing your game.
3. If you cannot do #1, then better show #2.

We all know aw was going to be delayed and that's why everyone played broken grounds. Don't give compensation that requires you to take on some of the hardest content. That can turn off a community.

Because those account will eventually be able to do it. You were going to have to work for it in AW, now you just do it in the Gauntlet.

I'm not sure what you think a Community Manager does, but no, I am going to call people on their behaviour, and that's exactly what one should do. I am not going to make my team deal with this behaviour, and if I need to call people out on their negative behaviour to make that happen, then I will.

For real though, the loyalty was fine, this should've included shards we'd normally get from wars. Not everyone wants to play BGs to get the stuff they would've gotten from an entirely separate game mode. Maybe not the same amount of shards we would've had, but shards either way. Attached to the mail. Instead of keys the majority of players can't even use.

Maybe put a store together with some progress tuned bundles that allow you to trade the 2 (a 2 key limit) keys in. Not everyone can do the gauntlet wether it's due to progression or champions. It would give the option of keeping the keys or spending them on a bundle. I'm not saying make it 1:1 what the Gauntlet rewards would be but It would cover both sides. The ones that want their compensation now or the ones that want to run The Gauntlet for a better compensation. It gives players options on how they want to handle it.

Honestly, I’m not upset at this but it seems so insensitive to weaker players. “You would have used resources in War” is also a rather unprofessional response.

Otoh, why do players feel the right to compensation for everything? Kabam didn’t have to give anything here, game modes go down. Take a break and a chill pill.
