This is a r5 ascended Kate vs r4 ascended bullseye, played perfectly and took 2 sp1's to the block and I lose 40% health with an attacker that counters his whole killer instinct and Kabam think that's okay?
All the nerf will do is slightly less bleed damage on dexing basics, so what 3k less damage a match? That's trash, that isn't going to effect the 'too much damage per second' statistic

Honestly though, If anyone manages to skillfully dex the entire sp1 of bullseye, They deserve no bleed damage tbh. His special 1 are extremely hard to dex, there should be a reward for learning that.
It’s still not worth it to even try using non bleed immunes against him, almost nothing will change in most scenarios. I wish they had done something with his killer instinct, maybe allow it to be reduced by ability accuracy if they wanted us to have more options for him. Other than sharky I don’t see anyone new to use for him, and now we’re potentially losing warlock and aa as options. (Yes I know it’s a bug not saying they’re trying to buff him)

This rebalance did the bare minimum
Bullseye would be a deadly defender even when his sp1 doesn't apply bleed on dex, Since 99% of players probably won't be able to completely dex the special 1.
Sure bleed immunity prevents a ton of damage but it's bs that even with bleed immune you still lose health just from blocking his sp1s:
20% health gone just from blocking sp1s, never got hit or missed a parry. The unavoidable damage is still stupid imo but whatever lol
