I was timed out for suggesting kabam should provide evidence that a player cheated before banning them
Has kabam not made mistakes by doing accidental bans.
Is it wrong to ask this from kabam
1. You were timed out for refusing to drop the discussion when politely asked to multiple times by a Moderator. Additionally, discussions about actions taken against accounts aren't allowed in the server (AND on this forum!). It's part of the rules, which you agreed to by engaging in the server.
2. Accidental bans are EXCEEDINGLY rare. Of course people are going to lie when they get banned by saying they didn't cheat. Why would they admit to cheating when banned? And Kabam don't have to prove any of it. I imagine that's part of the ToS as well.
3. You seriously need to educate yourself on these matters before blabbing about them, especially the Terms of Service. Your countries laws don't matter here at all. You spammed super disrespectful, targeted messages at the Discord Moderation team (who are VOLUNTEERS AND NOT KABAM EMPLOYEES) and threatened to refund all your in-app purchases and pursue legal action, of which you have absolutely no grounds for. You're also claiming to be bullied, when all the Mod team is doing is enforcing the rules of the Discord server that you agreed to.
Overall, you obviously have absolutely ZERO idea what you're talking about and you need to do yourself a favor and drop it. I'd love to see you try to sue over this, though. You'd get laughed out of any office and this case would never see the light of day.
