Compensation is designed to replace wat was missed out on and a little icing on the top not something stupid like that.....
Compenstion should be something like
A bunch of map crystals
All milestone rewards from a 22hr event
All milestone rewards from 3 7hr events
100k battlechips
And maybe a few units
And half hour aq timers
And some aq revive and potion for lost health....
I'll take the dollar crystal and will happily pay for it. Don't need nothing else maybe one rank down ticket so we can rank down that first 4* champ we had to rank up. That would be just. A rank down ticket and the ability to give you a dollar for the dollar crystal.
We're seeing a lot of questions so far about compensation, currently running events, and these are all valid concerns. One thing from our announcement post that I do need to re-emphasize is that we don't have specific details on any of this yet, but the team is actively discussing ALL of it.
Our first focus is to resolve the issues and assess the full impact - an assessment we won't be able to do until things are stable again. But once they are, that is where our attention must turn to. We understand the frustration and appreciate the patience you're all affording us as we work to sort it all out. We'll continue to update you when more info becomes available.
Just to consolidate the needed reimbursements on the player side to make things fair:
1.Consider refunding last AQ's alliance cost since many were unable to finish
2.Consider awarding AQ rewards based upon which Map your alliance ran (like for us - full Map5 completion rewards since we normally always 100% each day)
3.Consider some AQ potions since some spent potions to power through linked nodes due to down times making lane coordination impossible with everyone's schedules.
4.Consider arena boosts and recharge thingies (can't remember what they're called) since many peoples' grind got messed up.
5.Consider a small unit pack to replenish what was spent to make up for downtimes.
And ignore the silly calls for RDT and 4* and 5* crystals. Those things aren't necessary. We just need to be fairly reimbursed with items that match where we were disadvantaged by the outages.

This is the worst it’s ever been. Need some good compensation for this. Buy some damn servers with the millions and millions of dollars you guys make from this game.
With all the problems it would good to see as a act of good faith extension on the weekly buffs etc. maybe extend them another week. 30 minute timers and something for all the donations people have lost in aq, items spent due to lost health etc. @Ad0ra_@Kabam Miike
@Kabam Miike please consider extending or lowering the arena cut-offs many new players are grinding hard for Star-lord or trying to duped him.
hey you realize that the cutoffs aren't set by Kabam. They're set by player involvement. So Kabam has no control over how high a champ goes...technically all these outages should bring his cutoff lower because people don't have as much time to grind.
This is a really fun game and the community makes even more so. I’ve invested time and money on this product, like many others so as a paying customer, my satisfaction level is dropping quickly. Kabam is responsible for who they hire and while it stinks being in this situation, it’s ultimately Kabam’s fault. I know that sounds harsh but it’s the way it works. I have longtime veteran teammates quitting the game now because of the numerous issues today, this month, this year. Redundancy servers should prevent these kinds of issues, one would think. Please, for your customers, make the madness stop. - Concerned and Still Loyal...for now.
I'm usually not one to request compensation but I this this may be a good time to give something back to the loyal players. I have played every day for over a year never any problems like this. I really just want to enjoy my game but been very difficult the last few days
I don’t want over the top compensation... all I want is all my items that are expiring (20 refills I brought for 5.4 and a stack of revives) to be extended until 5.4 is release... even if that is a month I wanted my items to not expire @Kabam Miike

there's a chance you wont be able to see them until you'e entered the fight. you might see all "?"'s in the level select screen.
