The game experienced a brief connectivity issue this morning. The team promptly fixed the issue and things are back to normal, thank you to everyone who passed along reports!

How much do I have to pay to remove the negative credit units?

I joined a bank account with my mother, and I spent over $200 on something in a game. When my mom found out, she got really upset and called the bank to stop the transactions I made. As a result, I now have negative credit units (-22,997) on my game account. I just opened a new personal bank account and I want to pay back the amount to remove the negative credit, but the process isn't explained clearly and I don’t know how much I need to pay. Can someone please help me?

Yea what's your current progression in game now?
    Account rating
    Number of 7* champions
    Number of 6* champions
Any good champion in 6*/7* rarity
The more details you provide the better advice you will get

    No need to start over
Just buy contest credit to get a positive amount excess amount will be converted to units
There's nothing money can't do in a mobile game

Whether that’s worth it, is up to you

Effectively you owe 22,997 units to Kabam
You can't earn unit in game or use unit in game until you pay back your unit debt
    You can still play though

Yeah so, crate of 9999 credits is $99 USD if I remember correctly so you pretty much have to buy three of those for like $300 and whatever excess you end up with converts to actual units

I found an old post stating that for $99.99, you could get 9,999 credit units. However, my current offer seems different, and I'm worried that I'll have to pay $99.99 for only 3,100 units. If I spend $230, I'll receive about 7,050 units. I just want to confirm this before I spend my money to remove negative credit units.

You got $200 worth of stuff in the game and the money back, so just buy the crate of credits.

UNless of course you have no money and was using mum's credit card then you just have to suck it up.

What you have to pay back will equal the value of what you got, credits and units don’t have the same value per say

    23k units / 1500 units per week = 15ish weeks, of arena grinding 😉

Yea never been in this situation before so I got the calculation wrong
You will need to buy $300 worth of credits to become positive again

What on earth are you thinking by buying anything on a shared account without permission. You could spend $300 to get your credit back in game, but it sounds like you’re not in a position to spend any money in game at all, so shouldn’t be doing so.

Bit of a flawed system. Instead of taking away the things you bought, it puts you in debt. It's stupid

You say that like it would be easy to just take away what you bought. If you refund the offer against the games tos you need to pay them back

This is if you refund through apple store and not Kabam themselves.

Making you pay $300 to pay back $230? Loan sharks have nothing on Kabam
