Act 5 Rewards - General Consensus

Just trying to get a read on what the community is thinking for those who have completed/explored Act 5 in the past or recently

“They should not have updated ACT-5 rewards to begin with. (or Acts 1,2,3,4)”

(“Rewards” … It's fine if they want to reduce the quests, paths, nodes, etc. Although even then, why make it easier if people have much higher champs earlier anyways now)
Then there wouldn’t be an issue.

It's a little too late for that the best thing they can do is not to give all the new players a bonus, but to give everybody the bonus, act 5 still has all the old rewards, just with the new ones added

All they would have to do is send out the adjustment that they made of the added rewards to everyone who has the title for 100% exploration

Just make ACT 5 the new TB EQ content with the same rewards. Same difficulty and health pools and we’ll call it good.

It's like joining a law firm that only accepts people from harvard. you go to harvard get your degree six months later the law firm starts taking people who did online courses from unknown places.

And they give the other lawyers better starting bonus than you 😂

We had to complete it a more challenging way, with worse champs for worse rewards

And they get it with easier champs, and with better rewards

The only reason I voted 2 is because I don't know if it'd be harder for them and take longer to send out those rewards if they did 1. If it's as simple as "just send the rewards to everyone who owns the UC title" and there are no issues or delays as a result then yes they should send them to everyone but since it's Kabam we're talking about here, if something like this took away focus from other things that need immediate attention right now and cause more bugs and delays then no thanks I can live without them.

From an alliance mate. Show me one person at any level that wouldn't want these rewards.
As far as fairness I can tell you not just in the nerf to act 5 but people that did it originally did it with 4&5* champs.

Im in the middle for this. People who have already completed it already got rewards for completing it once. So if kabam updated the rewards for act 5 the people who already done it years ago would just be getting another set of rewards for free for absolutely nothing.

It would have been best for kabam to stop updating the rewards for previous acts. That way the newer players have to progress the same way that the current players have had to.

I'd say those people are a fringe concern. The number of those people is likely much smaller than the number of us who have finished eons ago.
I think the effect of these things on other Players is what's conflated in these cases.

Act, five still has all the older rewards plus new rewards all they would have to do is give everyone who completed act. Five the added rewards

Then there wouldn’t be an issue.

The early game was nerfed to the ground by making quests easier and increasing rewards. The early acts are now a breeze.

As a thronebreaker I’m very sad cuz I could use all those rewards so badly I did act 5 one years ago but the quit the game after and recently joined back this is super frustrating cuz I could rank up and do so much with those rewards

This is an absolutely baffling decision made by Kabam. Especially considering they're literally in the middle of being seen largely out of touch by large swaths of their player base.

This just feels like yet another "oh, of course they did" moment that leaves a sour taste in my mouth.

Step 1: make content easier than it's ever been. Step 2: buff rewards for the now much easier content to an insane level. Step 3: shut out any of the veteran players, many of whom actually had to struggle through that content.

I'm sorry, but those buffed rewards are an absolutely insane thing to give out to newer players, who have no real concept of resource management and even more so after these act 5 exploration rewards. These are account-changing rewards at that level, and yet they are also still massively useful at end game players levels too. And just absolutely piss off Paragon and Valiant players and long-time players who are already really, really frustrated with the game as it stands right now.

This is embarrassing.

There is like nothing you can't get or use really other than 1 or 2 things.

Do you ever get tired of being the ONE dissenting opinion. Why can't you just *ever* find the value in a massive portion of the player base being upset right now? Do you *ever* stop to just think maybe we're justifiably disappointed and angry at this game we invest so much time, resources, and for some money as well?
