-Johnny Gomorrah= (Mutant)
Powers:
Johnny Gomorrah possesses the ability to transmute other substances into salt. This power works on both living tissue and solid objects.
-The Wolfman= (Skill)
Powers:
The Wolfman personality has an ability set that is similar to lycanthropy. He can transform Legion's body into that of a human/wolf hybrid. This form drastically increases Legion's physical strength, durability and speed. The resilience of his wolf form allows him to survive almost any wound. The Wolfman also grants Legion the power of regeneration. This acts as a healing factor that is superior to that of Wolverine or Deadpool. The existence of the Wolfman form allows Legion to survive most conflicts. This is also one of the reasons that he hasn't been killed, in order to remove a potentially dangerous mutant from the world.
-Styx= (Mystic)
Resume:
When six of Legion's personalities gained physical form, following the events of Age of X, they immediately fled to Europe. The most dangerous of these personalities was an undead monster named Styx. Once he had made his way to Paris, Styx started a plan that would lead to him becoming a god. He intended to steal one of Legion's personalities that possessed the ability to manipulate reality.
The X-Men pursued Styx to France, where they intended to return him to Legion's mind. Styx kidnapped Professor Xavier and used him as bait for a trap. He did not realize he was being led into a trap that was made for him. Legion used Chain's ability to make Rogue look like him. When she was close enough, Rogue was able to weaken Styx, to the point where he could be returned to Legion.
Styx possessed numerous abilities, such as telepathy and the creation of illusions. His most powerful ability is his soul stealing touch. Styx can absorb the minds and souls of his enemies through physical contact. This also allows him to control their bodies, in order to make them into his zombie servants. The X-Men managed to deal with him quickly before another Marvel Zombies could happen.
Powers:
Psi-Leech Energy Manipulation: Styx is a psionic lamprey who specializes in the absorption of minds & souls coupled with puppeteering their rudderless cadavers. His powers are tactile in nature and need only be utilize via touch.
Soul Absorption: Styx can absorb the spiritual essence of living beings on contact, enslaving their souls and leaving their bodies conscious yet subject to his every command. The souls are stored into an unknown limbo.
Mass Mind Control: Styx is granted total control over the beings whose souls he had absorbed. Telepathy: Styx is an able bodied psychic of impressive power, even able to somehow supplant a conciousness as powerful as that of Prof. X without his noticing.
Telepathic Connection: Styx is able to use one of his mind-slaves as a channel to a beings thoughts, connecting to them and listening to what the target who is not connected is saying. The breaking of the connection can shut down the channel-body.
Insect Control: Ability to command and control vast armies of flies. Illusions: Styx was able to generate realistic illusions. The nature of those is unknown, as Magneto wasn't immune, still wearing his helmet. Those illusions may be the product of Xavier's powers.
Psi-shield: Styx and the five other sub-personalities are somehow protected from psi-scanning, and even the Omega-level Telepath Charles Xavier was unable to perform a psi-contact on an unconscious Time-Sink. It was stated that this shielding was coming from their specific nature, as they weren't "living beings in the conventional sense".
Absence= (Mystic)
Absence is an alien/demon creature who claims to have traveled through realities and stars. Absence's power is to siphon off heat and love.
Bleeding Image= (Skill)
Powers:
Empathic Pain Transfer: Bleeding Image's powers are based on the voodoo doll principle: He wound himself but seemingly all of the pain is transmitted to his designated victim, shocking its nervous system.
Psi-shield: Bleeding Image and the five other sub-personalities are somehow protected from psi-scanning, and even the Omega-level Telepath Charles Xavier was unable to perform a psi-contact on an unconscious Time-Sink. Adaptable Armor/"A Response for Every Attack": It is currently unknown if Endgame wore an armor, or is this armor. It is also unknown if the adaptations of this armor are controlled by a mutant power, or technological. He has shown the following powers and adaptations:
Super-Strength
Ray-Guns: Endgame's armor seems to fire what looks like plasma or energy beams.
Intangibility: Endgame has shown to be able to pass through cards charged with Gambit's bio-kinetic energy.
Transmutation: Endgame was able to turn his suit into wood to avoid Magneto's magnetic manipulation powers.
Psi-shield: Bleeding Image and the five other subpersonalities are somehow protected from psi-scanning, and even the Omega-level Telepath Charles Xavier was unable to perform a psi-contact on an unconscious Time-Sink. Bio - An adversary of both humans and mutants, the shape-shifting Mystique organized the third incarnation of the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants. Using the alias Raven Darkholme among many others, Mystique has been able to amass great wealth as well as a wealth of information by infiltrating countless government agencies, granting her access to military secrets and advanced weaponry, all of which she uses to great effect in her fight for Mutant Superiority as well as for her own criminal and subversive purposes.
————————————————————— Signature/Pre-Fight Ability - “Assume Form” - Mystique starts each Quest with one charge in her Assume Form Pre-Fight Ability. Using this Pre-Fight Ability, Mystique can change into a random Champion that she has defeated in battle within the same quest map. The transformed champion is chosen at random from the pool of defeated champions, and each have an equal chance to be chosen - for example if a Summoner used Mystique to defeat both Kamala Khan and Corvus Glaive in the same quest, then the Assume Form Charge has a 50% chance to be used to allow the Summoner to play as Corvus and a 50% chance to be used to allow the Summoner to play as Kamala - so to maximize the use of this ability choose Mystique’s fights carefully. If Mystique has not defeated anyone, she cannot transform into anyone. Mystique is also unable to transform into opponents of the Tech Class, or Non-Playable Characters such as the Collector and Adaptoids/Symbioids. The champion she transforms into is a near perfect copy, and has the stats of the champion of the same tier, rank, and level as Mystique. Additionally, thanks to enhancements to Mystique’s abilities from the Battlerealm’s ambient ISO radiation, Mystique can perform all of the abilities and use all the powers of the transformed champion while taking on their form. Because the transformation is still not quite perfect, the champion she transforms into suffers a Passive 30% reduction to both Offensive and Defensive Ability Accuracy. The transformation lasts only for one fight, after which Mystique reverts to her Natural Form. The champion she transforms into has 60-100% of their Maximum Health at the start of the fight, based on Mystique’s signature level. Any health lost or regenerated by the champion she transforms into has no effect on Mystique’s Health Meter when she reverts to her Natural Form. However, if the champion she transforms into is Knocked Out during the fight, then Mystique is Knocked Out as well. If Mystique has no charges left in her Pre-Fight Ability, she may regain one by defeating an opponent with the #X-Men or #X-Force tag. Mystique cannot hold more than one charge in her Pre-Fight Ability.

Unique Weakness - “Low Total Heath” - Similar to Spider-Man (Stark Enhanced), Mystique should have both formidable offensive capabilities and defensive utility as a result of her unique way to cheat death and avoid loss of Health through utilizing her Pre-Fight Ability. In order to balance this character, Mystique should have a smaller Maximum Health pool than most champions, similar to Spider-Man (Stark Enhanced).
Attacks & Animations - Heavy Attack - Even while not impersonating anyone, Mystique’s adaptability makes her a dangerous opponent. Mystique employs a Variable Heavy Attack to keep her opponents on their toes. If the last action Mystique performed was a block, a backwards dash, or if this is the very first action she has taken in the fight, Mystique performs the same Heavy Attack animation as Elektra. This variant of Mystique’s Heavy Attack is Guaranteed to be Critical. If the last action Mystique performed was a Light Attack, Medium Attack, or a Forward Dash, Mystique performs the same Heavy Attack animation as Nick Fury. This variant of Mystique’s Heavy Attack inflicts a Passive Open Wound Debuff on the opponent for 5 seconds. If the last action Mystique performed was a Heavy Attack or a Special Attack, Mystique performs the same Heavy Attack animation as Domino. This variant of Mystique’s Heavy Attack inflicts an Armor Break Debuff on the opponent, reducing their Armor Rating by 25% for 6 seconds.
Special 1 - “Mutant Assasin” - Mystique performs a backflip kick to create some distance between her and her opponent. While in midair, Mystique hurls 3 throwing knives at her opponent, with the third one finally knocking her opponent to the floor. Each knife has a 65% chance to inflict a Bleed Debuff on the opponent and a 35% chance to inflict a Poison Debuff on the opponent, each Debuff deals 25% of Mystique’s Attack as Direct Damage over 4 seconds.
Special 2 - “Deceiver” - Mystique unleashes a series of highly acrobatic kicks, and finishes the attack by firing a pistol into her opponent’s side at point blank range, knocking them down. If the opponent is suffering from a Bleed Debuff, the last hit of this attack (the pistol) is Guaranteed to be Critical, even if the attack is Blocked. Activating this attack grants Mystique a Passive Precision Buff, raising her Critical Rate by 25%, as well as a 100% chance to cause any incoming Physical Attacks to Glance off of her. Additionally, this attack inflicts a Power Leak Debuff on Mystique upon its completion, causing her to lose Power at a rate of 1% of her Maximum Power Meter per second. The Passive Abilities (Precision and Glancing) granted by activating this attack last until Mystique reaches 0% on her Power Meter. These abilities do not stack.
Special 3 - “Leader of the Brotherhood” - Mystique throws a grenade at her opponent’s feet and shoots it with her pistol, causing it to explode. The explosion launches the opponent into the air. While her opponent is airborne, Mystique shape-shifts into Toad and uses his tongue to grab the opponent in midair and slam them to the ground. Mystique leaps into the air above her opponent as Toad, but then shape-shifts into Blob midair and crashes down on her opponent, burying them in a crater. Mystique emerges from the crater once again in her Natural Form. This attack inflicts a Disorient Debuff, reducing the opponent’s Defensive Ability Accuracy and Block Proficiency by 50%, as well as a Taunt Debuff, reducing the opponent’s Attack by 40% and making the opponent 70% more likely to activate a Special Attack. Both the Disorient Debuff and the Taunt Debuff have a 10 second duration.

Mystique - Mystique gains a Passive Cruelty Buff raising her Critical Damage by 20% for the duration of the fight, whenever she uses her Assume Form Pre-Fight Ability to become a champion with the #Avengers, #S.H.E.I.L.D., or #X-Men tags.
“Bad Romance” - (Wolverine & Sabertooth & Mystique) Wolverine & Sabertooth & Mystique - All champions in this synergy gain an additional 15% Power from all sources, and have the effectiveness of all Regeneration Effects increased by 10%. This ability only activates for Mystique when she is in her Natural Form, and not utilizing her Pre-Fight Ability.
“Trask Industry Secrets” - (Sentinel & Mystique) Sentinel - When facing a Mutant opponent and upon reaching 100 Analysis Charges, Sentinel has a 100% chance to copy any Non-Unique Buffs on its opponent and apply them to itself Passively for the same duration. Mystique - Mystique’s “Mirrored Buffs” Unique Ability now activates when Mystique is facing Tech Class opponents who do not have the #Robot tag. This ability only activates when Mystique is in her Natural Form, and not utilizing her Pre-Fight Ability.
“Dark Resurrection” - (Elektra & Mystique) Elektra & Mystique - Whenever they would be Knocked Out for the first time in a fight, the Hand intervenes on behalf of Elektra and Mystique, and instantly revives them with 10% of their Maximum Health for every full bar of power they had at the time they would have been Knocked Out. If Elektra or Mystique have less than one full bar of power when they would have been Knocked Out, then the resurrection fails. Coinciding with a successful resurrection, Elektra and Mystique instantly lose 100% of their Power Meter, and subsequently become Power Locked for the remainder of the fight. This ability only activates for Mystique while she is in her Natural Form, and not utilizing her Pre-Fight Ability.
“Too Much Iron in Your Blood” - (Magneto [Both] & Mystique) Magneto [Both] - While under the effects of a Bleed Debuff, Magneto’s opponent instantly takes 50% of of Magneto’s Attack as Direct Damage and incurs a Power Lock Debuff for 3 seconds whenever they dash backwards or perform a Passive Evade. Mystique - Mystique becomes immune to the effects of all Power Sting and Inverse Controls Debuffs while she is in her Natural Form.
“Fractured Family” - (Nightcrawler & Rogue & Mystique) Nightcrawler - After performing a Special 3 Attack, Nightcrawler activates both of his Combat Modes at the same time for 10 seconds. Afterwards, his Combat Mode is chosen at random. Rogue - When successfully landing a Special Attack against her opponent, Rogue absorbs some of their ISO-8 radiation. This places a Permanent Passive ISO-8 Debuff on the opponent (the same Debuff from Howard the Duck’s Special 1 Attack), which reduces the opponent’s Armor Rating, Attack, Block Proficiency, Regeneration Rate, Physical Resistance, Critical Rate, and Critical Damage by 5% with each stack up to a Maximum Reduction of 80%. Kraven, Quicksilver, and Scorpion have all been suggested with detailed character layouts and abilities in this thread. Chameleon wouldn't work in this type of game since he's a master of disguise, which won't help in a brawler game. Hydroman maybe, Baby Groot too small, man-spider mutation too obscure.
Too obscure? Tell that to aarkus or diablo even.
Aarkus was picked because he was the right kind of obscure. Old-timey obscure. They went back to some of Marvel's earliest characters and picked some cool ones.

Baby Groot isn't that much smaller than Rocket.Man-Spider should be in this game.Not anytime soon since we already have 5 Spidermen,but hopefully one day.
He's a decent bit smaller. Rocket has a Jetpack and flies, which allows him to punch at the height of a normal champion. Baby groot doesn't wear one and he's too small to be reasonably viable in the game. He'd be a joke character with low HP, 20% block proficiency, no resistances or armor to speak of, and very little damage. Synergy champ at best.

Personally don't know if Absorbing Man is actually Bruce Banners father. But this character can be made into a complex champion thanks to the 2003 Hulk movie depiction of Absorbing Man. Could he join MCOC?

Even while not impersonating anyone, Mystique’s adaptability makes her a dangerous opponent. Mystique employs a Variable Heavy Attack to keep her opponents on their toes.
If the last action Mystique performed was a block, a backwards dash, or if this is the very first action she has taken in the fight, Mystique performs the same Heavy Attack animation as Elektra. This variant of Mystique’s Heavy Attack is Guaranteed to be Critical.
If the last action Mystique performed was a Light Attack, Medium Attack, or a Forward Dash, Mystique performs the same Heavy Attack animation as Nick Fury. This variant of Mystique’s Heavy Attack inflicts a Passive Open Wound Debuff on the opponent for 5 seconds.
If the last action Mystique performed was a Heavy Attack or a Special Attack, Mystique performs the same Heavy Attack animation as Domino. This variant of Mystique’s Heavy Attack inflicts an Armor Break Debuff on the opponent, reducing their Armor Rating by 25% for 6 seconds.
Special 1 - “Mutant Assasin” -
Mystique performs a backflip kick to create some distance between her and her opponent. While in midair, Mystique hurls 3 throwing knives at her opponent, with the third one finally knocking her opponent to the floor.
Each knife has a 65% chance to inflict a Bleed Debuff on the opponent and a 35% chance to inflict a Poison Debuff on the opponent, each Debuff deals 25% of Mystique’s Attack as Direct Damage over 4 seconds.
Special 2 - “Deceiver” -
Mystique unleashes a series of highly acrobatic kicks, and finishes the attack by firing a pistol into her opponent’s side at point blank range, knocking them down.
If the opponent is suffering from a Bleed Debuff, the last hit of this attack (the pistol) is Guaranteed to be Critical, even if the attack is Blocked.
Activating this attack grants Mystique a Passive Precision Buff, raising her Critical Rate by 25%, as well as a 100% chance to cause any incoming Physical Attacks to Glance off of her.
Additionally, this attack inflicts a Power Leak Debuff on Mystique upon its completion, causing her to lose Power at a rate of 1% of her Maximum Power Meter per second.
The Passive Abilities (Precision and Glancing) granted by activating this attack last until Mystique reaches 0% on her Power Meter. These abilities do not stack.
Special 3 - “Leader of the Brotherhood” -
Mystique throws a grenade at her opponent’s feet and shoots it with her pistol, causing it to explode. The explosion launches the opponent into the air. While her opponent is airborne, Mystique shape-shifts into Toad and uses his tongue to grab the opponent in midair and slam them to the ground. Mystique leaps into the air above her opponent as Toad, but then shape-shifts into Blob midair and crashes down on her opponent, burying them in a crater. Mystique emerges from the crater once again in her Natural Form.
This attack inflicts a Disorient Debuff, reducing the opponent’s Defensive Ability Accuracy and Block Proficiency by 50%, as well as a Taunt Debuff, reducing the opponent’s Attack by 40% and making the opponent 70% more likely to activate a Special Attack.
Both the Disorient Debuff and the Taunt Debuff have a 10 second duration.

Whenever she Absorbs Energy Attacks through her Block, Ms. Marvel gains a Permanent Passive Prowess Buff, increasing her Special Attack Damage by 5% with each stack, up to a maximum of 30 stacks.
Mystique -
Mystique gains a Passive Cruelty Buff raising her Critical Damage by 20% for the duration of the fight, whenever she uses her Assume Form Pre-Fight Ability to become a champion with the #Avengers, #S.H.E.I.L.D., or #X-Men tags.
“Bad Romance” - (Wolverine & Sabertooth & Mystique)
Wolverine & Sabertooth & Mystique -
All champions in this synergy gain an additional 15% Power from all sources, and have the effectiveness of all Regeneration Effects increased by 10%.
This ability only activates for Mystique when she is in her Natural Form, and not utilizing her Pre-Fight Ability.
“Trask Industry Secrets” - (Sentinel & Mystique)
Sentinel -
When facing a Mutant opponent and upon reaching 100 Analysis Charges, Sentinel has a 100% chance to copy any Non-Unique Buffs on its opponent and apply them to itself Passively for the same duration.
Mystique -
Mystique’s “Mirrored Buffs” Unique Ability now activates when Mystique is facing Tech Class opponents who do not have the #Robot tag.
This ability only activates when Mystique is in her Natural Form, and not utilizing her Pre-Fight Ability.
“Dark Resurrection” - (Elektra & Mystique)
Elektra & Mystique -
Whenever they would be Knocked Out for the first time in a fight, the Hand intervenes on behalf of Elektra and Mystique, and instantly revives them with 10% of their Maximum Health for every full bar of power they had at the time they would have been Knocked Out. If Elektra or Mystique have less than one full bar of power when they would have been Knocked Out, then the resurrection fails.
Coinciding with a successful resurrection, Elektra and Mystique instantly lose 100% of their Power Meter, and subsequently become Power Locked for the remainder of the fight.
This ability only activates for Mystique while she is in her Natural Form, and not utilizing her Pre-Fight Ability.
“Too Much Iron in Your Blood” - (Magneto [Both] & Mystique)
Magneto [Both] -
While under the effects of a Bleed Debuff, Magneto’s opponent instantly takes 50% of of Magneto’s Attack as Direct Damage and incurs a Power Lock Debuff for 3 seconds whenever they dash backwards or perform a Passive Evade.
Mystique -
Mystique becomes immune to the effects of all Power Sting and Inverse Controls Debuffs while she is in her Natural Form.
“Fractured Family” - (Nightcrawler & Rogue & Mystique)
Nightcrawler -
After performing a Special 3 Attack, Nightcrawler activates both of his Combat Modes at the same time for 10 seconds. Afterwards, his Combat Mode is chosen at random.
Rogue -
When successfully landing a Special Attack against her opponent, Rogue absorbs some of their ISO-8 radiation. This places a Permanent Passive ISO-8 Debuff on the opponent (the same Debuff from Howard the Duck’s Special 1 Attack), which reduces the opponent’s Armor Rating, Attack, Block Proficiency, Regeneration Rate, Physical Resistance, Critical Rate, and Critical Damage by 5% with each stack up to a Maximum Reduction of 80%. If Rogue is knocked down, the Passive ISO-8 Debuff is lost.
Mystique -
When utilizing her Assume Form Pre-Fight Ability, the transformed champion’s Special Attacks cost 10% less power.
Additionally, if Mystique has no charges left in her Pre-Fight Ability, she may also regain one by defeating an opponent with a Family Synergy option.

Kabam, hopefully this might be your chance to re-create the character with a whole new gameplay design over his current "just put a debuff if you copy the opponent's attack type" gimick.

Carter Slade because you guys want to make more complex characters, here's one sort of. He would make an ally to Ghost Rider (making another synergy bonus) and another enemy against Mephisto (Synergy bonus).Why not this guy?
Everyone in the MCOC community has been talking about adding more 2099 characters. I this Ghost Rider has been overlooked and deserves a shot at least. Why not this 2099 character, fun to play and more synergy bonuses for Ghost Rider and Mephisto, for us players?

Personally don't know if Absorbing Man is actually Bruce Banners father. But this character can be made into a complex champion thanks to the 2003 Hulk movie depiction of Absorbing Man. Could he join MCOC?
LAST ONE. If you can't figure out who this is, its THE LEADER. Hulk character, need more mind champions I think, easy developing think on you part. What's more to say, could he appear as a champ?
