I have a friend who has over half of his modestly size 5 star roster as Elite OP Champions.

Meanwhile, I have twice the size of his 5 star roster (about 60-70 champs) and probably 10-15% of my champions are actually worth ranking up.

I’ve been playing for over 3 years and I still have yet to pull Corvus, Ghost, Void, CAIW, Blade... just to name just a few.

He doesn’t have any iso or gold to rank up all his amazing champs.

Meanwhile, I’m sitting on 11 million gold and tons of iso just trying to find a champ worthy of leveling up and using my abundant resources on.

    I have a 40+ 4* champs and 9 5* champs but only a handful of those are god champs and maybe 2 or 3 beyond god champs. I'm yet to pull overpowered champs like Hype, Quake, Doom, CMM, Blade, Domino, Havoc, Gulli2099, Medusa, Namor, Sunspot, Thing, Void and many more.

    I am around you lol, in fact essentially the same but I haven’t been playing as long and have that many resources because i speedran content with quake

    I’m between you and your friend, I guess. I don’t feel like I’ve had luck- I’ve just played the numbers game. Open enough, and you’re bound to get something decent eventually.

    My 5* roster is 80% god tier and I have 20 5* and 7 are awakened, including nick, medusa, hyperion, corvus, korg, and unawakened ghost, stark spidey, claire voyant, ghulk, vtd, gwenpool, domino, colossus, spidergwen, wasp, rogue, and groot

    i would say mixed luck: it took me ten 5* crystals to get something good on my main, with the first being IP, then Juggs, then other trash until Sentinel; and it took ten 5* crystals to get something bad on my alt, with the first being Corvus (then duped naturally as my 10th champion), then ronin, then other good champs (and a duped ronan for some cheeses) until blue cyclops ^_^

    Last week, super duper lucky (6 star CAP IW and Vision Aarkus and 5-star Sasquatch awakening from cavs, Magento OG from 6-star crystal, and Red G from a featured 5-star). Bad luck this week (Joe Fix-it from 6-star crystal, Cyclops from featured 5s crystal). Pretty much my story for past 2.5 years.

    I've had my terrible runs of luck quite a lot (infact currently any crystal that isn't a nexus crystal is giving me garbage)
    But I'd still consider 6* Corvus, 5* NF, Domino, AA, Sentinel, Colossus w/all synergies as 5*,OR (although I have no suicides), Elsa, Sym Supreme and a 4* doom as pretty lucky

    It really is hard to say. As mentioned above by someone, it's a numbers game. Your luck changes depending on what size sample you look at. One of my good friends, officer in my alliance really does have pretty bad luck. I usually just troll him with something along the lines of.. "clear more content = get more shards = open more crystals = better luck". I have a great roster at the his point, but I grind solo content pretty hard for a lot of chances.

    That said, there are instances that stand out in my mind as particularly lucky. Pulled and duped 5* GR back to back pulls (during the reign of holy trinity). Pulled Blade from a single "save for Blade" crystal. Pulled and duped 6* Ghost back to back. And like a lot of folks, I've had my share of long runs of trash 6* pulls. Though, eventually you get something like that back to back Ghost. Most recently, this year I've finally gotten some good 6* dupes. MS, Sentinel, SS, HB, Venom...all dupes I got this year. Its a numbers game though. Just got to keep grinding. This is why I usually reccomend people continue to focus on ranking 5* for a while. Especially if the champ needs high sig. I've only recently switched my focus to ranking 6*, but I have 28 maxed 5s.

    The amount of 5 stars I have means you can’t really use that to judge, my 6* roster has some insane champs, corvus doom cmm ghost km namor all duped (some with gem) but it also has champs like iron fist and sentry also naturally duped

    I only paid for 1 of my 5* and it was my green goblim everything else I got was from events and challenges. Doom from featured, Corvus warlock back to back basics, hype 2nd champ, Ronin compensation, Darkhawk Basic, and if the magneto from the ccp goes live that will be great

    i remember a moment when i pulled a 6* Fury, 6* Omega Red and 6* CapIW back to back to almost back from Cav crystals ...but then ... several Juggernauts, Superior Iron Mans and Daredevils later, they're still not woke lol

    Same except my luck hasn't ran out. Recently pulled Quake ghost and warlock 5*s. As well as carnage, magik MOJO.
