Nothing needs to change - the EQ redesign is great!
Honestly the cavalier difficulty so far was a blast, and i wouldnt mind a bump for the rewards but i can live without one just as well.
And the argument that its too restrictive just feels weak to me since if you got past 6.2 you probably have a pretty developed roaster and if you miss a counter as a 5*, you more than likely have a counter as a 4* and that just makes the whole the nodes are too restrictive thing fall apart especially since there are multiple counters for each node.
Also i like more the way the nodes are in cav eq since they feel less restrictive compared to the variants.
It’s very good - but there needs to be some tweaks as you’ve mentioned above
I have only done completion in chapter 1 of Cavalier. I thought it was ok as I seem to have a decent roster but if you happen to have a smaller roster or you just don’t have the right champs for the global buffs it looks like you are stuffed.
Personally I would have made Cavalier difficultly with the same nodes as in uncollected but made all the defenders have double the HP/Attack of uncollected defenders.
As for the loot/rewards I just would have doubled what uncollected pays out.
Easy solutions.
Global nodes like dislike etc should be left for specialised content like Variants

"Personally I would have made Cavalier difficultly with the same nodes as in uncollected but made all the defenders have double the HP/Attack of uncollected defenders."
That's insane. Like no joke, insane.
First off, I'd rather have more nodes than double the attack rating. We've all seen that increasing the attack rating significantly is a no-no.
Second, the nodes aren't even bad. They're very easy to work around, and the other nodes help the player by giving them bonuses to aid them in taking down those fights.
Third, I don't agree with the statement "Global nodes like dislike etc should be left for specialised content like Variants". I'm assuming you're talking about Diss Track here. Diss Track is in no way niche or "specialized". These nodes provide an extra boost in difficulty without making chip damage even more apparent. Harder fights (in general) in more difficult content should not be created in a way that it is able to be defeated with almost any champion.
Haven't even attempted it yet, but seeing Seatin needing 2 hours to complete and another 6 hours to explore the Cav difficulty, with his stacked roster and above average skill-set, I definitely am not interested in trying it out. I value my time.

Same. 100+ hit fights don't belong in monthly quests that are supposed to be a short and simple way to get some rewards for account progression. We already have story mode, boss rush, side events and "whatever" of legends for that.

@Seatin has below average skill set and no one forces you to complete it in day 1.
It's cavalier difficulty. If you can't do it, then don't do it.

Look like someone don't read the node and complain about 100+ hit fights
Seatin said Cav Diff rewards sucks for the time invested.
KT1 said Cav Diff rewards sucks for the time invested. it took him 10 hrs to 100%, now just imagine how long it would take you LOL. His account is pretty massive and pretty much has all the counters. He also mentioned he wouldn't recommend exploring Cav Diff to anybody. Takes too long for soooo little LOL. For a new piece of content, and having rewards sooo underwhelming, in 3-6 moths all these rewards will be laughable and out of date. Kabam definitely missed the mark with the rewards. Other than that, the buffs, and nodes are not too bad in the EQ, sometimes a little too niche but not too much.

Yeah yeah Seatin always claims because he sucks, KT1 not bad but he wants to draw viewers so he talks what his audience wants to hear. You have a month to clear it, and even as bad as Seatin he only needs few hours, so what is the point? Less than one hour to explore highest difficulty? If it happens I say you screwed it again Kabam.

I went into the first quest, read the nodes, checked my roster and wished I had nick fury. Brought in 4* gwenpool, each fight was easily 100+ hits. For the first quest.
The change in rewards structure for UC and Cav are horrible. For nearly 6 years there has been completion rewards, removing them or forcing exploration for smaller accounts is horrible. Kabam really needs to rethink this for the future.
I'm willing to give them a pass this month because the Treasure Island rewards are so amazing. I really hope side quests like this happen every month

Not too happy about spending revives tho, lol.
Also makes me realize how much of a slugfest it would be to use 4*s in act 6 😬
Also, Quake and AA are bae 🙂

The nodes are fine, healthpools are fine.
That would be great.
