If running double edge or liquid courage masteries, then AA should be off the list. How to decide which one is best is hard, so I'll say my favorite is Pigpen, then Colossus, then Mags. If synergy impacts can be included, gotta put Domino in there IMO.
When not running attrition masteries, my current fave mutant is Prof X. Not saying he's better than anyone in your list. Just really fun to play.

Why should AA be off the list with suicides? I run mine with suicides all the time, and I've never had a problem. All you're losing is 5% health with max coagulate, and that's it. In fact, the fights are usually over before the bleed expires. Do you realise how big that attack boost is? And why would you throw specials with him in the first place? Colossus should definitely be the one off the list with suicides at play.
I really hate it when people give non-factual remarks without even bothering to think.

agreed, AA is one of the most suis friendly champs in the game, only matchups i would turn suis off with him is for empathetic lock or void, but those are not due to AA.
Depends on scenario Fun and interactive damage back - namor Need some to burst down fights - omega Need immunities and havok counter - colossus Need to burst down fights (w/o suicides) AND need AAR - AA Metal Opponent - Magneto
There's no one better than the other.
bleh, the only purpose of saying something like this is to shut off discussions, you can value different champs and obviously see that one champ is better for more/harder content.

Like @Kill_Grey said, archangel is pretty suicide friendly. When the fight ends ridiculously fast, what's a couple health points lost? He doesn't have much use for his specials so recoil won't matter. I run him with suicides and it's incredible.
1) Collossus - immunities, versatile in a way 2) Mags - difficult to master, a lot better against metals (so 1/3 of champs) 3) Omega - relies on suicides too heavily 4) AA - much less useful against bleed or poison immune
But then again: 1) OR w suicides 2) AA against non immune 3) Mags against Metals 4) Collossus

I ran OR with no suicides in Cavalier EQ 3.1 and him alone got all the way to Magik boss with 100% health.
At the end of every fight, he would regen back to 100% health.
Here is the electro, mole-man,ca etc fight. Just get to 30 spores and push the opponent to their sp3 and throw your sp3 and see the power drain and regen happen.
One of the most useless/inappropriate topic in this game (arrange the sequence of top champs in certain class or overall)
first you need to understand that there is no such thing that you looking for if you are facing a stacked metal opponent then no one is better then magento, if you need a counter to mitigate huge damage over time effects then no one is better than 'King of Atlanta'... List will goes on but if you are looking for a overall better champion that can be helpful in most scenario then it will be either collusus or namor (just think with unbiased opinion and you will found that no one is closer to them in most scenario)
You will always find that suicide friendly champs (without suicides they are pretty average or at least they lost the most of the damage output) gains some huge bonus/margin in these types of poll.... See how much vote has omega red got here
