Void is a fantastic champ. I absolutely love my 5/65 sig 200. I've soloed 6* R3 thing bosses in AW with him. I run 3/3 despair. End of the day, void is one of the best champs in this game. He has access to slow, petrify and weakness. Even has some power sting/degen. And to add onto all of that, he's incinerate immune.

In general, Void is a pretty good counter for certain fights. He's a good Mephisto counter (incinerate immune and can shut down his heal and power gain) for example. He's also a good Doom counter (you can kill him without feeding him too much power, and Void can turn off Doom's aura). Most things with passive power gain or a lot of healing are relatively easy for Void to control. And anything that likes to fight very defensively is great, because Void would like nothing better than for his opponent to just hide behind block for the entire fight while intimidating presence debuffs melt them.

Void is a bit of a niche attacker, but it is a pretty big niche.

He is very versatile. Not many champs are immune to his debuffs. He has heal reversal, evade lowering, incinerate immunity and passive powergain counter. He also works pretty much everywhere. You just throw couple SP1s and the numbers are slowly but steadily ticking. When Fear of the Void activates, he hits very hard. I love to use him for complicated fights where I have to focus on the nodes or encounter. His debuffs do constant damage, so I can focus on getting through the fight and do not have to bother with hitting too much.

If Void has a fault it is he is a bit dull to play. He takes a while to get going in a fight but once he has he's terrific.
I've moved to using him as an AW attacker over Cap IW as he can handle a wide range of defenders and nodes.

Also, he has one of the larger health pools. Bring KM so Void can regen and Void becomes very tanky.

He’s definitely worth it especially at your point in the game. He’s got some of the best heal reversal and power reversal in the game. He’s also really good in abyss if you don’t have a 5* torch (which you don’t).
