So I just got a 5 star void and I have a AG I can use on him and about 40 sig stones.

Void is a fantastic champ. I absolutely love my 5/65 sig 200. I've soloed 6* R3 thing bosses in AW with him. I run 3/3 despair. End of the day, void is one of the best champs in this game. He has access to slow, petrify and weakness. Even has some power sting/degen. And to add onto all of that, he's incinerate immune.

    Do it

Why? What can he offer at my point in the game?
What point of the game is that exactly? What does the rest of your widely used roster look like? Honestly the answer is almost always do it, he'll always have high value even if just situationally. I run full suicides which hurts him, have a good 50 R5s and R2/R3 champs and he's invaluable still.
So I just got to 6.2.1 and here is my roster.

Absolutely without a doubt worth awakening and sigs and the rank up. The only thing I'd say is maybe hold off on the AG until necessary in case you naturally dupe but otherwise go ahead and do it. He'll immediately come in as an auto Mephisto wrecker, add incinerate immunity and heal control to your roster. He'll come in handy a ton all throughout act 6, plenty in monthly EQ and if act 5 isn't explored there too.

Void is a beast so much utility packed into one champ.

For sure. If you don't run the despair mastery you might want to unlock it since it pairs so well with him. He fills a role you don't currently have covered as a 5* or 6* and as I said he's invaluable to any roster. He'll cover anywhere incinerate immunity is needed, handles buffet node, passive power gain champs like Meph or Hype, brings a form of damage that isn't limited by nodes like safeguard or rage. He's a good slow and steady play champ who can deal a good bit of damage through his debuffs while baiting specials or trying to limit contact. I got him crazy late as a 5* and even still he's come in handy more times than I could count.

All void should be maxed out when awakened and high sig

He's amazing and works pretty much everywhere. Do it.

He is very versatile. Not many champs are immune to his debuffs. He has heal reversal, evade lowering, incinerate immunity and passive powergain counter. He also works pretty much everywhere. You just throw couple SP1s and the numbers are slowly but steadily ticking. When Fear of the Void activates, he hits very hard. I love to use him for complicated fights where I have to focus on the nodes or encounter. His debuffs do constant damage, so I can focus on getting through the fight and do not have to bother with hitting too much.

If Void has a fault it is he is a bit dull to play. He takes a while to get going in a fight but once he has he's terrific.
I've moved to using him as an AW attacker over Cap IW as he can handle a wide range of defenders and nodes.

Duped, he's still among the absolute top tier of the game. Comfortably top 5 science

By then your Diablo will naturally reach SIG 200 :)

By which time he would have been buffed and becomes a top 10 champion ingame. :)

Also, he has one of the larger health pools. Bring KM so Void can regen and Void becomes very tanky.

    Excellent!!
I just play conservatively, sit back and let the enemy die.

He’s definitely worth it especially at your point in the game. He’s got some of the best heal reversal and power reversal in the game. He’s also really good in abyss if you don’t have a 5* torch (which you don’t).
