This the problem. Although I am cavalier only have 1 R2 6*. and 6-7 R5 5*. 4 stars losses streak and takes ages to reach even first couple of milestones.
atleast update the A.I of the summoner trials or update the 2* or 3* mister negative in the coming summoner trial arena's milestone that I am excited or atleast update a 2* or 3* new champions for everybody, or atleast give on 3* and 4* both arena to be single and its milestones should be at 3,000,000 pts to 5,000,000 pts and give 3* new champion as milestone reward.
Old:- Prior to the changes i had 31 6 stars so 11 rounds into 6 turns(71 rounds) for 12 mill milestone and 60 rounds for 4 mil milestone 45 rounds for 1.5 mil. i dnt remember the exact rounds needed for 3* featured and 2* featured is but it was roughly around 50 rounds each with max champs. so in total 276 rounds.(including building streaks)
New: 75 in the summoner trials and 145 each in other two arenas considering i use both my 5*s and 6*s in both arenas(4 and a half rounds of 5*s and 3 rounds of 6*s each arena) so total 365 rounds.
Time equation:
Old: half an hour times 6 rounds of 6*s so 3 hours; 2 rounds of 1 hour 15 mins of 5* so 2 and a half hour and half an hour rounds of - 3 in 4* basic; 3 in 3* featured and 2 in 2* basic; so total 9 and a half hour over 3 days.
New: half an hour rounds of 3 in 4* arena and other 2 arenas combined 9 rounds of 2 hour and 6 rounds of half an hour so total 22.5 hours over 3 days.
Conclusion: Previously i used to do 276 rounds now its 365 rounds so looks like only about 100 rounds more but i an not a whale i have to do 3 rounds of 5* everyday and 2 rounds of 6* to keep up with the new arenas. overall time taken jumped from 9 and a half hour to 22.5 hours. Almost more than double. And for what 5 more units?
My explanation: The amount of useable 5*s and 6* you are considering of a average cavelier player is overestimated. Go take a survey of average 6* and useable 5* of cavelier till throne breakers. The only people who are saving time are the throne breaker players aka money spenders to whom kabaam is grateful to and only did quality of life improvements for them. don't forget if average players dnt exist the whale will have no1 to show their roster to and they will leave too.( if you wanna grow your buisness think smart not greedy.)
1. A great mastery setup should be your first investment.
2. Second, bring as many 5* 3/45 champions as you can so that you don't need to consider putting your highest PI 4* 5/50 champions on a 3 man team.
3. Don't make a 3 man team of three 5* 5/65 champions. Instead mix your stronger champions with your weaker champions. For example, place a 6* 1/25 with a 5* 3/45, and a High PI 4* 5/50. This is the way to run the most teams your roster can put out while staying above the recommended team rating.
4. I'm working on bringing my unleveled 5* champions to rank 3. This shouldn't take too long since the required rank up resources are fairly common in the contest. In the meantime, I'll be playing the summoner trials arena.
Changes do have to be made though. Hopefully they fix this aspect to where 4* only go up against 4* or at most some 5* or a mix but not r3 6* and annoying champs like fury, doom, korg, g2099 etc.
I used to go for what I called the “low” hanging fruit” premium shards and got for the new three stars when changed things.
Now I had to work two-three times harder for even the smallest amounts I’d shards and becouse I’m not past chapter four in that dumbass story quest I can’t even try for three stars any more ,not that their even doable then anyway.
So again,”Thanks” for taking the Arenas away and showing us what we want or need in the game means squat.
Ps. Noticed in that long as questionnaire the arenas are never mentioned.
So pretty much we were ok with the old arena system. Is what I’m getting at. People can only do so much unless you really grind yourself and waste units that can be used for other stuff
I couple of things have been asked over and over:
1: either lower milestones or change the basic arena to 5* max
2: put the 3* feature champion in an arena for collected players
3: make the distance between lower and top players less

2: Keep the total effort the same (I assume you mean the amount of rounds)
So the solution is pretty simple:
1: Add the 3* featured to the summoner trials at around 1m points (little higher than old arena because of the 4* usage)
2: Make the basic arena for 4/5* champs. The new featured requires roughly (16.500.000 / 210.000 75,5 rounds of leveled up 6* champs. So make the total milestones: (110000 * 75.5 = 8.305.000) roughly 8m. Same amount of rounds required but much more available for uncollected and cavalier players.
3: Keep the featured arena exactly the same.
This would become roughly 60 + 75 + 75 = 210 rounds total if you have all maxed 4+5* and all teams of 6* champs. compared to 37 + 30 + 42 + 45 + 60 = 214 total rounds if you grind all milestones.
I agree that the 6* featured will go down eventually but that will still take quite some time for a lot of summoners.
On average everyone will still gain less units because it is harder because of the higher rarity champs in total. Units/money spend by top players will still be the same because scores will still be equal but for 5* champs. Mid level players have now 2 arena's to do well in instead of having to stick to the summoner trials.
And if you must lower the rank rewards for the basic so instead of 5000/1000 shards the 3000/500 shards is the highest before the champions.
Solution that is good for almost every party involved, and people can start grinding for 4th of july again. Because ofcourse we all know all to well why the arena changes have come at this very moment and why the changes 'back'/'forward' are taking this long. We are not as dumb as you think.
The rewards are great, no question, but nevertheless i feel empty after this huge grind ..
