I just wanna take a quick moment to appriciate the current state of MCOC and the people at Kabam that made this all possible.
This game is, IMO, in a great state right now!
-Champions buffed monthly (althought not the ones I own as a 6*)
-Content is generally speaking a lot of fun
-Forums, I can't imagine it being easy working for a game. For every change in the game no matter how great someone will inform you that YOU did it wrong. Some people will hate on people that work on a game for no real reason. And I just wanted to take this moment to say a couple of things to Kabam:
-We love you (atleast I do, in a friendship way)
-You guys/gals have done a great job with the game so far and I can't wait for more to come from you all.
-The new champions always look so fricking cool!
-The buffs, while some lesser, are very much welcomed (Consider me for one aswell ;D)
-I hope you all have a great day, this includes the none Kabam people reading this!
Much love from me and the community for all your efforts so far and the ones yet to come.
As for the community reading this, bless your next 6* crystal so you all may recieve a version of me, the great Mysterio!

Update was released on Tuesday
By Wednesday evening the following had taken place.
- AW Season Cancelled
- AW rewards given out hours later
- AQ compensation package given out
24-36 hour turn around time is not what I've come to expect from Kabam, props to them.
1) Omega red constantly being broken for like years now
2) Fury persistent charge being broken every other month
3) AQ not being able to be stopped once it starts? If that is a huge technical hurdle in a game where this many bugs exist I'd like to think I'd devote some resources to getting that sorted instead of using it as an excuse every time something happens that should lead to AQ being postponed.
let's see what else, oh yea I'd be more truthful about adjusting parry timing and frame data because that is 100% what happened here. There's almost always a minor tweak to parry and timing that we notice from time to time but obviously nothing this egregious. Any coincidence hercules is being introduced and the bug appeared? Personally I don't think so and wouldn't be surprised if they're tied together.
I know bugs will happen. Shutting down AW was the right call. Compensation was the right call. But regardless of champs potentially being stuck, I do think AQ should have been shut down. I understand the arguments against it, but I do not agree with it.
This game runs 24hrs a day and has progressed a lot, so sometimes root cause of bugs may not be identified.
I appreciate Kabam as they listen to the community and they do care about us.
So just keep patience and give them time to resolve the issue.
I don't like bugs and I complain about bugs every day. But I've also been reporting bugs to software vendors for over thirty years: if you pick a random software vendor by throwing a dart at a board, I have a better than 50/50 chance of being able to point out a critical software bug or flaw worse than anything that has ever appeared before in MCOC, that the vendor was unable to resolve in a timely fashion, or even was *ever* able to resolve to the present day.
I found a bug a few years ago that would cause some of our storage servers to fail every two months, and not long afterwards I discovered that the same exact bug was affecting the flight systems of actual production aircraft.
There's no excuse for buggy software, and software vendors need to be way more diligent in general, but anyone saying that MCOC has an inordinate number of catastrophic bugs is living in a fantasy world where they are simply unaware of how software
fails toworks in the real world. I suspect most of them would be too afraid to leave the house in the morning if they knew the reality of software integrity. The parry bug with the latest version is a bit of kicker but they have handled it well so far.
Fingers crossed they improve alliance war sooner rather than later.
