2 days on new update, and game gives me a record of frame drops! And stuttering. When I’m using specials on prof x, I got like 5 frames per second. Actually all fights running pretty bad, like 15-20 fps. Using iPhone XR on iOS 14.8 and WiFi connection 100 mbit. I was waiting some performance improvements this patch, and I get this.

Alright. We all know the game has been buggy lately but the last update made it even worse. I'm now getting lag and frame freezes, almost never had those problems before. I use an update iPad mini 4. I swear every update you fix some little bugs but make the gameplay worse. In another month it won't even be able to load. Fix your game and test your updates. Smdh

People who seem to know something have said that the Unity Platform, the underlying code of the game, is the issue and no amount of tweaking and false promises will ever fix this clusterfuck that's limping along right now. There's no consistency in parry and dex between defenders and it fails so much that the frustration of playing far exceeds whatever minor costs are incurred and covered by compensation packages. It's such a **** product right now, that as a customer, I feel compelled to pull my funding for the unit subscription and the summoner's sigil. Idk what to tell you guys, other than to be really honest about what you are going to finally fix this thing--like build the whole thing up on a different platform, otherwise what are we talking about here a sinking ship??
Do you have frame drops on iPhone? On my XR game running really bad, stuttering and something like frame drops from 30 (witch is normal) to 15-20, that’s very annoying. In other games like pubg - 60 frames ON, high settings and game running amazing

Arenas are having tons of issues lately with not blocking/parry/dex. Losing to many battles because of this. It works 100% of time against me but Half of the time for me. We get comp for this issue for AQ and AW. How about the rest of the game?

It happened twice in a row causing me to loose my win streak and point bonus due to loosing to fights to "quitting the game".
On 7.3.6 the freeze lag on a Green Goblin sp2 made me eat it. Could not believe how choppy that fight was. Still releasing difficult content but game running like ****. Solo compensation should equal what has been given out for aq/aw comp

I’m having issues on all parts of the game. Arena and event quest and story quest aw and aq. But mostly arena eq and story quest. But it will crash lag or pause whenever. The game crashes on me at least 3 times a day now. It’s must worse then it was. My phone actually gets super hot again. So hot that I even have like a burn mark on my screen as well as lines on it that takes away the colour. Nothing else I do on my phone did this.
The game lags a whole lot. When im in a fight and it does it’s little glitch. I know not to parry because if I do. It won’t work and I will end up taking hits.
Sometimes when I try and dex. It’s like my champions feet are glued to the floor. He won’t move. Parry is also a issue. Dex is also. Now if I throw a special and the defender blocks it. Even if I’m at good distance. I used to be able to block before he hit me. Now. 90% of the time I can’t. No matter how far away I am. If I’m not far. 100% I won’t be able to block before he hits me.
There’s also issues with me being in the middle of a combo and after 3 or 4 hits. Someone how start hitting me. And it’s with all different defenders. This doesn’t happen a lot. But def happens. Even in aw.

I’m thankful for the compensation packages you guys give every week. But the problem being is. Your replacing things I wouldn’t ever buy. My issue is I can’t save any potions anymore. Like at all. Two months now and my stash is empty. I’m done writing tickets because I get this cookie cutter answer that doesn’t even address what I wrote. I got the same email 3 times in a row with my messages being different. My problem with all this is. The stuff you are giving me is just going to waste and expiring. We do what 5-8 fights every 48 hour for aw. A few more for aq 5 days a week. But I do cav eq uncollect and sometimes master. Plus all the other side events at the hardest lvl. I’m not able to save ANY units. Xmas event is coming. But what am I suppose to do. Not do any of the events till Xmas so I have units? I grind arenas like crazy to try and make them up. But they are gone just as fast. You guys really should be compensating us on the reg revives and potions for the regular game play and not just ally event. I do way my solo stuff then ally stuff. Think about how many fights there is in eq and side events?!?!? Way more then aq and aw. Yet you flood us with that stuff. It just expires. PLEASE stop making us having to use our hard earned units in the issue you guys created and has lasted for months now. Compensate us instead of giving the illusion of actually compensating us with all this aw stuff that most people don’t even buy. PLEASE address this serious issue. Kabam can you please stop adding new material and fix what you already have. Each update it gets worse. The lag and crashing is occurring at a greater rate then before
AQ is the worst for me. On a LOT of the CPU's special attacks, the game freezes for a clearly noticeable amount of time, which makes evading almost impossible sometimes. Gotta hold down block, take the block damage, and use health/revive items that have actual monetary value just to stay in the quest.
I'm putting a hold on future in game purchases for the time being. Or maybe I'll go back to Injustice 2 mobile.

You have an iPhone 6 still. Your phone is at the stretch of it's compatibility. That's why you're crashing and lagging so badly.

It is costing me duel credits, time, and along with time progress in the game as I have limited time to play and with this crashing it further takes time from making progress. To see now two new updates and still the crashing continues is frustrating!

AQ is the worst for me. On a LOT of the CPU's special attacks, the game freezes for a clearly noticeable amount of time, which makes evading almost impossible sometimes. Gotta hold down block, take the block damage, and use health/revive items that have actual monetary value just to stay in the quest.
I'm putting a hold on future in game purchases for the time being. Or maybe I'll go back to Injustice 2 mobile.

Description of the Issue: When clicking the fight button, the game closes and if I am lucky I get the fight recovered message and I can do the fight without losing half of my health.
When changing to another screen - champions to crystals - the game closes.

It's just a screwy as my old iOS device now for dropped inputs parry etc. It's a month old, no fault on my part but since this month just gone down the toilet. Pathetic support from a known issue.

How annoying is this game…
Like 4 or more months game is very lagging. Like I can’t get stable 30 frames, and I have 15-20 frames, and sometimes 5 frames and crazy stuttering! That’s crazy! Other games runs perfect, phone is okay. And I know a lot of people with same issue as me.
Pls make game fast and smooth
