I understand a refund is more than likely not possible, however I would be happy to receive another batch of 10 with corrected rates. Yes I was like the masses that assumed (should never assume as it makes an ass out of u and me) and did not check the drops. Just like I don't continuously check prior to buying daily cav offers etc as, well the drop rates were changed months ago.
Its very disappointed, i pay 50$ , and all i get from this cav nexus was 3×3* and 2×4*... I really think that they need to give us some compensation... it's just not fair

when there was an offer long ago with the cavalier at the old drop rate they sent the same number of crystals with the new drop rate. now i expect the same.

Well, no **** they’re mad that they pulled 3 and 4 stars ya genius, because there would’ve been a much higher chance to pull a 5 and 6 star if it was the buffed cav Nexus crystals. Sure, most of the people will get a 3 star if they opened a cav crystal now, but even the slightest change in the percentage of getting a good champ could make a big difference. But this had triple the drop rates of getting a 5 and 6 star, which isn’t exactly the slightest change, especially in a nexus. So yes they do deserve the actual 10 crystals which they wanted to buy.

I also purchased the Shard/Cav Card thinking it was current cav and realized afterward that the rates are old cav ones... We seriously need compensation.. if they would have mentioned that it's old cav in their IG email then we would think before purchasing.
This would be a good time to set a precedent and clear up drop rates on Nexus crystals in general. I am fine if we have different Nexus crystals with different rates (if that’s in fact what this was), but I’d prefer they be a more distinct shape/color and be flagged if the rates deviate from “normal.”
These aren’t the only crystals that show up differently in game either. AQ map crystals from the same map show up as different crystals. Are they? Is it merely a coding bug? Again, just offer clarity.
I’m not suggesting anything untoward was done with yesterday’s offer, but it’s always appreciated when people have a clear idea of what they are getting and it’s prominently displayed (especially if it’s a cash offer).

I’m surprised that people who purchased the offer are arguing that the 10 Cav crystals made or broke their decision, and not $50 for 15k 6* shards and a 6* crystal. 🤷🏻♂️
We already had this nexus cav crystals in the daily offers few weeks ago, when they got introduced the first time. They had the new drop rates. It is not a new crystal and the try for a justification to get the old drop rates is just wrong and cheap.
I just bought this offer but didn't open anything so I want either a refund or my cavalier nexus cristals swapped ... Everything is in my inventory take it away and give my money back please ... Kabam this is cheap cheating ... This old drop rates are awful ...

It is a possibility, but I do not think that kabam will make a refound, I humbly contribute from my part by buying offers, I just hope they are fair, since I am investing in the company

So don’t worry guys, you can just count these crystals as extras since they’ll mostly give out the proper crystals.

Yup, there is precedent for this. Whenever the wrong crystal is in a bundle, or something is wrong with the crystal in question, they usually send out the proper crystal *in addition to* what was already given.
Honestly it’s a very good practice on their part, very pro-player. I imagine that is what will happen here, assuming these were not the correct crystal drop rates (and I agree with everybody that they are not correct).
