I have my own problems with the game. It's the connection issue and often it suddenly shuts down after 1 hours or so. So I have to be very careful with AW and AQ fights, and I think it's the common problem. But not the parry and dex issues. I think there are some kind of problems before but not now and everyone uses parry and dex as an convenient excuse for their shortcomings.
Oh I havnt had that connection issue for awhile, does lag abit in fights but no boot outs, just when starting combo champ will just stand there and pause and then ya screwed lol @GOTG
They don't, actually. People get tired of investing in a broken product quickly.
I agree. They may see some increased revenue short term but it would be at a major cost long-term. It’s in their best interest to get this resolved and get people happy. People will leave if it’s broken too long and there’s a plethora of mobile games competing.
The hot fix has made things worse on my device personally (redmi note 8 pro, android) - things were noticeable but infrequent before the fix, now it's much more frequent - unresponsive inputs at times (which i assume, rightly or wrongly, is what causes the lack of dex, parry commands and combo hits being dropped mid sequence) and more lag (sometimes as long as a while second midfight).
It’s wildly inconsistent for me which is the most frustrating part. One fight I can’t parry at all even though I know my timing is fine. Then the next fight it works just right. It seems like the game lags recognizing inputs sometimes and then not. My internet is just fine and with all the people experiencing issues I have to believe it’s on Kabams end. It seems worse for me anyway fighting characters with lots of animation. Torch, symbiote supreme, void’s sp2, guilly2099 when she cloaks. It’s killing my enjoyment of the game and instead of being fun it’s a chore. If it wasn’t for not wanting to abandon my alliance I would have hung it up already.
@Demonzfyre No one asked you if the game is working fine for u or no.. they are plenty of member's facing the issue of the above said... Parry/Dex failing, network errors leading to crashing and combos getting messed midway... If ur game is working fine . Enjoy the game .. other's have their rights to complain about what issues they are facing, don't come all over again defending the game saying it's skills and whatever...
The problem is these Posts are redundant. We know there are problems. They're working on them as fast as they can. It's not as if they want the game to be bugged.
But.... We ain't going anywhere even after the hotfix...

The argument could be made that these are discussion forum boards not whiny complain forum boards but I can definitely understand the confusion. The title of this thread was how are you finding the game and he stated how his game is functioning. I don't think he is in denial of problems they have officially acknowledged. I feel like theres more to this story.
I however do still have issues with my gameplay, it seems to rotate where the issue is. Will be rough in AW then jump to AQ with no problems and the next day switch. I gave up doing the cav eq and any act or variant work for now. I have been running auto fight in the classic back issues and the lower level eq to burn energy. The arena has been rough. The AI, the lag, the load times, with the input issues makes it less than desirable. I've come to terms that I will be missing out on rewards by not playing certain content but I have been a lot less frustrated in return. I'm in gold alliance so war isn't that big of a deal to me and there will be other seasons. Not sure how this effects high tier war or the ability to regain the top in next season. I think they could of kept giving us at least the potions for aq and aw as well as maybe an additional regular pot package but comp will be here soon and that will be it. I hope this next month is better.
I find all of the threads about compensation a bit narrow-sighted. I don't really care about compensation at the moment, at least not the big final one. I think it would be appropriate with more AQ and general solo questing compensation and not just AW, but I have no problem waiting for the big one.
Because the thing is, I want the game to be back to normal. I want content to clear and I want the ability to clear it properly. Well, I personally don't experience the bug but I've seen a massive drop-off in participation in my alliance, and that affects me greatly. Out AQ score is laughable compared to where we were pre-bug and the only thing keeping us afloat in AW is the fact that the other alliances are equally affected and uninterested in playing when we match.
The reason I don't care about the final, big compensation right now is that the main issue at the moment, as far as I'm concerned, is not missed content. It's the complete and utter demoralization of my alliance. It's how we've lost so many players who just can't be bothered anymore and are seeing maybe a 30% participation rate among those who stay, which can't keep us afloat. All of the hard work my officers and I put in to build up our alliance to a point where we were doing better than we'd done in years - in both AQ and AW - has evaporated. Kabam needs to fix the game, first and foremost. Any compensation, no matter the size, will be meaningless unless the game is stable again.
But more than that, the compensation has to be more than revives, potions, loyalty, glory and 6* shards. It has to address how much these bugs have broken down alliances. I don't know if I have the energy to rebuild my alliance to where it once was. It took so much work and I was just starting to see the rewards for all of our hard work, when the game went down the toilet and all of our efforts went right down with it.
Those efforts have to be compensated. That work has to be compensated.
If not? I honestly don't see my excitement returning to the pre-bug days. I've completed all of the story content in the game, and I've fully explored Variants 3-7. Much of the joy I took from the endgame was leading my alliance in an exciting new direction where we combined a relaxed attitude with hard work. But with that taken away, well, that is much of the joy taken away. And there's not much left in the game to compensate for it.
While I hope that Kabam is going full steam on their bug fixing, I also hope that they are really whipping up something exciting for us to do when the game is back to normal again. Because my god, that's sorely needed right now.
The game is worse than it used to be. Dropped inputs, lags, crashes, you name it.
I don't run AQ or AW, so compensations gave me stuff I'd never even touch.
I mostly wish for the game to be playable again, idc about free gifts atm. However, after months of this hell, I would love some additional communication from the devs
Thanks for the input guys, as far as I’m concerned the compensations are useless so far as ya get the tiny compensation your dropping on the bugs and glitches quickly anyway, i just want the game back to the way it was. I like the game and it’s enjoyable it’s just draining mentally lately and so much stress, pause aq and aw and stop more hard content after this summer of pain event and concentrate on the issues need repairing to make us enjoy the game again

Bruh he literally said game was perfectly working for him. Everyone has rights to say. The thread is literally asking how people are find the game.

And? If Kabam have an update or a fix on the issues, they would probably release it as soon as they can.
My game works pretty well. Not 100% back but not terrible. No lag issues, though I've never really had lag. Parry isn't perfect but much better than it was.
So a week ago it's just me who had enough courage to say that the game was fine and now more people stand up against the gang who blame everything on Kabam even after their own mistakes and hoping for free stuffs. That's right people. That's enough. That's enough parry and dex bs and enough compensation begging.

Denying the existence of a bug that a company has admitted is there is an odd definition of courage.

Done with other stuff and auto fighting whatever’s left—I suppose you’d have to ask the AI if things are off or it in those modes.
