I saw a thread where someone asked what og Avenger would u love to get buff. So I thought why not let's discuss how they can be buffed too.
Og avengers like captain America, Ironman, thor, hulk, Hawkeye, black widow and maybe also talk about Dr strange, classic vision and classic spider man.

Passive- Doesn’t Take Damage
All Attacks- Deal 100% of Opponents Health
Sig Ability- Deals 100% of Opponents Health through Block
Immunity- All
Definitely want him to be Doom level. Honestly, I'd like it if most of the neglectic OG champs were brought in line with the top of their class. I feel their suffering has earned them that right, lol.
Passive:-
Knocking opponent down purifies all debuffs on him. Cooldown: 12 seconds
Hawkeye has 3 phases, each phase inflicting different type of debuff, can be switched from one for to another by 4th light hit.
Starts with bleed phase unless changed from pre fight
Arrows with bleed:- 50% chance to apply bleed on opponent if it's a critical hit.
If opponent inflicted with bleed they additionally suffer -80% ability accuracy.
Arrows with rupture:- 50% chance to apply rupture on opponent if it's a critical hit.
If opponent inflicted by rupture, they suffer burst damage everything when Hawkeye stikes them. Burst damage will deal 60% of damage dealt by basic attack.
Arrows with shock:- 50% chance to apply shock on opponent if it's a critical hit.
If opponent inflicted by shock, their combat power rate is decreased by 70%.
Specials have 100% chance to place one of the 3 mentioned debuffs above.
Special 1:- stacks 3 damage over time based on his phase.
Special 2:- bleed arrows- places weakness.
rupture arrows- places spectre reducing healing by 70%.
Shock arrows- burns opponent power upto 2 bars.
Special 3:- applies power leech on opponent and applies all 3 debuff regardless of phase but their effects at 50% less potent
Signature ability:- reduces miss, evade and autoblock chance by 0.2% till 5% per hit in combo meter

When you pull him as a 6*, he starts awakened and sig 200 along with R3 already levelled for you. On heavies he drains 100% of a bar of power. That is it
Thing I would change is to add a pre fight to use energy for added buffs. Like regen, fury, or extra armor
And 5 all together doubles the potency of the synergy
When Attacked and When Attacking
All hits have a 12% chance to generate a Fury buff lasting 9 seconds and granting +35% Attack.
Hulk doesn't like to be made a fool of by agile or cunning opponents: attacks that miss, are Evaded, or are dodged (using the Dexterity Mastery) have a 70% chance to trigger a Fury.
Fury buffs stack to a maximum of four, and expire one at a time.
Passive
Hulk is immune to all Poisons, as well as to Exhaustion and Fatigue effects
Hulk has +800 base physical Resistance.
Hulk's Fury abilities are not susceptible to Ability accuracy reduction.
Fury buffs and Smash buffs cannot be Nullified or Staggered.
Don't make him angry!
Hulk is highly susceptible to Taunt and Infuriate effects, which gain +40% Ability Accuracy and duration.
Whilst he is Taunted or Infuriated, he immediately triggers a Fury buff, gains +100% Fury ability accuracy, and all Fury buffs are paused whilst the Taunt/Infuriate remains in effect.
Hulk Smash!
The first time that Hulk drops below 30% Health, he has a 100% chance to trigger four Fury buffs simultaneously as well as a Smash buff for eight seconds. The Smash buff pauses his Fury buffs whilst in effect, grants Unstoppable and +80% Offensive Combat Power Rate, and enables Hulk to land Critical Hits and trigger Special Attack Stun effects through block.
Special Attacks
Each Fury buff grants a flat +10% chance to stun the opponent and +0.5s Stun duration.
SP1 - 55% chance to Stun for 2 seconds.
SP2 - 80% chance to Stun for 3s seconds. This attack inflicts a burst of Physical damage equal to 80% of the damage inflicted, plus 20% per Fury buff.
SP3 - Hulk triggers two Fury buffs and a Smash Buff lasting four seconds. 100% chance to stun the opponent for 3 seconds, and inflict Armour Break (-1100 Armour for eight seconds)
Signature Ability - Gamma Rage:
Each Fury buff grants a flat 15% reduction to the potency of all Damage Over Time debuffs.
As hits are exchanged (and avoided!) Hulk builds up Gamma Rage, which enhances both his base Attack, and the potency of his Fury buffs. Gain up to +150% base Attack and Fury potency at maximum Gamma Rage (50 points)
Gaining Gamma Rage:
Just make hulk immune to fate seal, nullify and stagger
Makes him mojo/dorm counter too and he won't eat degen damage from them
Passive:- Starks enhanced armour allows him to resist 90% of coldsnap and shock damage (passive or debuff).
Heavy attack inflict shock, if opponent has incinerate active Ironman instead converts it to plasma. When plasma active, opponent is passively heal blocked.
Well timed block offer iron man armour up buff. 3 simple blocks too grand a armour up. Additionally he can parry non projectiles.
Special attacks- 80% to armour break opponent
Sp1:- drain 1 bar of power, if opponent blocks or avoids this they instead get their 1.5 bar of power drained
Sp2:- 100% chance to apply incinerate. 70% chance to stun opponent
Sp3:- Ironman's suit gets overcharged, consuming all armour up buff and deals x damage per armour up.
Awakened ability:- his regen will be retained. Y% chance to regain armour up buff after spent sp3.
