Another champion for whom it seems we have to wait and actually use him in content to find out his value. His damage with many armor breaks and corruption looks decent tho.

My main issue is that he has so many Solo synergies. Like it would have been really cool if he did a bit more for the Symbiotes other than his main synergy. Like allowing Carnage to start the fight with one of each of his Buffs that do not count towards his maximum. Or something like that.

I think we all hoped for an Apoc-level ability boosting symbiotes, so that's a lil disappointing! Animations are soooo good, armour breaks look spicy, seems like he'll be fun to play

Wdym? He’s like a heimdall to all symbiotes but way better. 10 second indestructible when they would die is pretty big. Animations are definitely my favorite in the game.

I meant the way Apoc has pre-fights and can make mutants into Horsemen; a Knull-controlled symbiote could have had massive gains but I guess the synergies will do

I'm hyped for him. I really like that his Sig ability is just icing on the cake and not a whole new layer to the character. I do wish his degen resistance was higher (maybe made it so he is fully degen resistant when the enemy is corrupted). Otherwise I think he looks like he has a really smooth playstyle with good damage, some nice utility, and he looks like he is suicide friendly which is a huge plus for me.

I've gotta say though, his synergies are kind of a letdown.

its actually much worse, because if you arent running suicides or have some other kind of regen you die after those 10 seconds from the 5$ instant damage. Heimdal is much better, plus he works for all champs

10 seconds of indestructibility is still 10 seconds of not dying when you would have died. Knull is the king of symbiotes, not of all champs, so that makes sense. People look more at all his cons than his pros. Solid evade/ autoblock counter, bleed/poison and degen resistance (nice to have), his damage isn’t CGR level but it’s still really good, can reduces opponents power rate significantly, extra sources of damage in degen and instant bleed, armor breaks, etc. Unsure if this works the way i think, but when placing a living abyss debuff, i think it removes an armor up buff on the opponent which bypasses armor break immunity, which is pretty nice. Has a lot going on for him. Synergies should be better for sure since he is the king of symbiotes, but I’ll definitely take that 10 second indestructible for all symbiotes as a last stand if you mess up. Can’t wait to see him in action in act 6 and variant content. Definitely my favorite looking champ, and animations.

First impressions look like he's got Big Damage, with several pieces of Niche Utility, Permanent True Accuracy, fairly Passive Ramp Up as in it's not some Jump Through Hoops Backwards Ramp Up but more just doing Attacks and a Rotation (very nice to see in the current design meta), and Signature Ability seems Very Nice To Have but not Absolutely Required which is always enjoyable for an Unduped 6 Star.

All in all Very Solid Standalone Champion, then the Synergies... 😑Who's insane decision was it to make Practically All of Knull's Synergies SOLO SYNERGIES, WHY?! There are So Many Freaking Symbiotes that could've used a nice boost from a Unique Synergy, as well with some of his other Synergies like Sentry/Hood and Storm/Thor, and being the damn God King of the Symbiotes you'd think he could enhance them and himself when on the same team a little bit more than just More Attack (Damage usually being the Only Issue Symbiote Champions don't have) and a Good Indestructible Buff that doesn't take effect till near death. Whoever made that decision Seriously Dropped The Ball BIG TIME, he's still looks be a Very Solid Addition though it's hard to tell when they're constantly changing the Star Rating and Rank in the Review Video but damn did they have to mess up at the Very End with those Solo Synergies!!!
(No I was not expecting some Crazy Apocalypse Style Prefight for Symbiotes, cause that's just building expectations off nothing begging for disappointment, but Damn it wasn't that out of this world to think he could've given some love to for example Red Goblin or Symbiote Spidey two Champions that Can Be Very Good and are very Fun but with just a little bonus like Quicker Ramp Up could be So Much Better!)

if you let him activate corruption, and don’t take enough blocked hits to place 3 living abyss charges on you

As attacker, he seems kinda dissappointing for endgame players imo. Doesn't have many meta defining abilities except for true accuracy on symbiote attacks. Damage doesn't look great for a rank 4 6* from the dive.

As a defender, wow another champ with reverse controls, he'll be annoying for some time.
