For me the biggest bummer is that I have had more impact of the problem in story quest than Alliance content, so I would benefit more from a bigger package of regular questing materials. I am trying to get my second account to Thronebreaker for Cyber Weekend, but it is particularly frustrating to use materials I otherwise wouldn't due to the bug. I tried waiting it out, but we are now just weeks away from Cyber Weekend and I need to get my run in. Just finished 6.2.6 Champion, so 6.3 and 6.4 to go.
First, we want to apologize for being so quiet on this topic. It’s been a little while since we’ve addressed it, but it’s not because we didn’t want to; it’s just that we haven’t had much to add since we made our last post, which is still relevant.
As we mentioned in that post, measuring the effect of the input bug is very difficult for several reasons, including mixing up what the bug is and if it affected a fight. For example, we still see reports from users that are playing on devices that are unaffected by the input issues. While that doesn’t mean they are unaffected by bugs or issues, those are not likely to be the issues for which we started these packages. These should be reported in the Bugs Forum to ensure we can address them and factor them into the compensation plan if needed. As a reminder, we also have more fixes coming in the 33.0 Release that help address the Memory Leak issue that some have been confusing with this input issue.
While many have these Alliance Potions and Revives in their stash, we will continue to send them to all players, even if some are lucky enough not to need them. These packages contain Map Crystals for Alliances that may have decided to step down due to the issues and potions and revives for those that wish to keep pushing.
We still plan to continue sending Single Player potions and revives and plan to send our next package on Wednesday, November 3rd, when new content is released.
Thank you all for your patience, and we look forward to sharing more about the progress in fixing this issue when we have more information.
“For example, we still see reports from users that are playing on devices that are unaffected by the input issues…”
Have you factored in the likelihood that users have simply quit reporting all the issues they experience?
I can say with certainty that most of my alliance, as well as most of the members of several Line groups I frequent, don’t venture into forums to make bug reports. And I don’t file a report every time my controls malfunction.

Just regarding this part, I wondered if you could explain the decision to drop the glory aspect of the packages? You say alliances step down due the the issues, but that comes with a lack of glory in rewards and a lack of rewards themselves. Glory helps to bridge the gap by firstly the reduced glory from dropping down maps, and also the reduced items from dropping down maps which can be bought using said glory.
Thanks!
Because people actually complained about getting too much Glory..
Decrease your aq/aw comp package & give us something for solo stuff. The in game lag is awful. Dying on places I shouldn’t be. Game play should be smoother & less choppy. Solo comp should be released as often as aq/aw comp
I can understand, someone the lack of a solo package. One because people will complain it’s not enough or it didn’t have this or that in it.
As well as they can’t create a solo package that fits everyone’s needs. Much like how the AQ/AW packages were kind of a lump for everyone.
Also what about those people who don’t need a solo package with potions and or revives? What will they get? The short end of the stick? How will they know how much of a player’s progression was halted because of the issues?
Or how much their package will help a player get past a roadblock they otherwise wouldn’t have gotten past of not for those potions?
And if at any time you thought to yourself. “Well if they don’t need the potions don’t use them” or “just because they didn’t use them doesn’t mean I didn’t/won’t” remember the same can be said for the AQ/AW packages.

Well your point is moot because aw/aq is being flooded with compensation. Solo progression in the game just as important
So who are you arguing for? The player who doesn't do solo or team content?

What I’m saying is they probably need to be a little more strategic with their Solo packages.

The compensation has to contain at least 10 revives and potions.

Hey @Kabam Miike thank you for ur response.. finally u had the time to reply to us....just a reminder again ..this is what u concluded in the link mentioned in ur reply [In Conclusion We know that hearing that these issues are going to persist for a while and that there is, unfortunately, nothing that can be done to speed that up is not the news you likely wanted to hear, nor do we enjoy having to share that with you all, but we wanted to be open with you all about what you can expect and the reason that this happened in the first place.
In the meantime, we will continue our Alliance Quest and Alliance War potion and resource packages and will be delivering a package of Single Player Content Resources next week that we’ll be repeated on an occasional basis.
We want to thank you all for taking the time to read through all of this, and for your patience as we’ve worked on this situation.] Do we a get a similar compensation of just 5 revives and 10 health pots for the whole month of contents to be done ... Coz as I understand occasionally is not monthly...so definitely we all are expecting more then what we got last month.. I play the game more then 12 hrs a day grinding arenas and exploring contents slowly especially story quest.. if u think staying away from difficult contents is the best way.. seriously plenty will leave for boredom that will be created as off season AW and AQ just 5 days a week with nothing left to do due to bugs...
Still 0 compensation for Incursions stuff?? do you guys not recognize it as a mod in the game which needs some form of compensation as well? I mean we already got extremally bad compensation for single player mode ONCE, but nothing in regard for incursions!
Watching the summoner showdown I didn't see one lag or freeze or control issue during any of the fights. How can you even have a summoner showdown if there are control issues??
Also why do you keep handing out alliance war and quest potions and boosts when the parry and control issues trickle down to the event quests and acts. Especially since you just keep handing them out when there's not even enough time to use them and they just expire... lol
And lastly I've noticed every single time that there is a parry or control issue, it is right at a crucial time within the fight. It's really got me wondering if there really is an issue or is this just another way to just suck up more money.
@Kabam Miike So the Memory leak issue and input controls issue are two separate things caused by the issues with the game engine but can cause similar problems (dex/parry). Were just the "Memory Leak" issues being addressed in the first round of fixes in 32.0 with the rest coming in 33.0 or are the two fixes being done at the same time? I'm just trying to get a clearer understanding of what you guys are fixing with this latest round of patching, what you hope will be resolved, and what gameplay issues will still remain.
Health and revives is great but i find the bug is enough not to do even one lane of Cavalier difficulty every month. Where's the compensation on lost shards/resources?
This game is broken IMO and it is a shame. Kabam is still collecting our money while releasing content that is increasingly challenging without a fix for the basic controls that make the contest fair. Parry and dexterity don’t work like they did consistently for YEARS. It is very frustrating to get an opponent down to 30% and then have a parry or dex not work and take a huge combo. It is wearing me down. There have been issues and bugs in the contest historically but never for this long.
Would it be possible to not release a monthly quest and focus on fixing the controls?
Popping up crappy champions and adding insult to injury, broken dex = broken infinity streak. I don't enjoy getting smack when I know I dex back. I don't remember any app game having as many issues as this.
Playing today's new side quest, it's not even worth playing when dexing/parrying not working properly. I'm not the world's expert on dexing, but I know I dex, and I still get smashed. Today's compensation isn't going to do much and spending units aren't even worth it with what awards at the end aren't worth in comparison to spending all that units.. I'm so glad I decided not to drop any money on this game, it's just not worth it.

Potions and revives... This compensation is not enough for a game bug that has been going on for months.
Parry is working much better for me. Hasn't failed in 33 arena fights and 100% successful in EQ Cavalier chap 2. No dex issues either for me.
Still need much more play situations to call it fixed for me.
