It costs 550+ energy to explore all difficulties of SQ
That seems excessive considering 1 refill gives just 70 energy & the EQ also requires a lot of energy
Most of the times SQs don't have energy costs, so now when we have a SQ that needs so much energy for exploration, why all of a sudden we have this energy requirement ??
It's not like people are gonna spend money or a lot of units to buy refills so it isn't gonna benefit Kabam as well

Plenty enough, considering the time refresh on energy adding even more. Only the lazy or busy person won't have the time for it all.
Besides, energy refills are abundant if you know where to look. They can be gotten with either grind or luck.
You don't need to spend money for anything in this game, it's all accessible with time. (Except for Sigil but that's another can of worms)
Master and Legendary would be alot less draining
Then why was it felt necessary to have energy requirements specifically for this month when it's a thing of the past for most other months
Without anyone spending anything this energy cost isn't gonna earn anything for Kabam....I don't see it giving them any benefit at all
But I definitely see it giving the players a mildly annoying experience which could've been avoided without hurting either side
Specially at this time when most of the players are either using or already used their refill stash for Act 7 exploration
Doing the SQ with just UC & Cav EQ requires roughly 3500 energy
That's about 10-20 energy refills over & above the daily energy replenishment depending on how active someone is, & about 2500 more energy if someone wants to do Master & Heroic EQ as well
There are some people that explore all difficulties of EQ
Since there are things like pots an revives in lower content, remove those as well because I won't use them. And it won't benefit Kabam either.
But just to summarise, my point isn't "why have energy requirements"
It's "why have energy requirements after so long in a SQ that is energy intensive, but have no such requirement in earlier much shorter SQs that wouldn't have been so hard on player's stash or units"
Also the requirement being immediately after a month where most players would've dried up their energy stash is a bigger annoyance
Although we just got 10 refills today in compensation & objectives which will somewhat take care of it, but that is not the point of this thread
Asking for no energy because "it doesn't make Kabam money" is not a reason for them to get rid of it forever. You get units in all MEQs except Cav. There are free refills all over lower story content and a bunch in objectives and you have 30ish days to do the content. You have no valid concern here.

I have been playing for about 5-6 yrs now so I know how it has been throughout the years
Recently it has been rare to have energy costs for SQ
That is a good step but it still doesn't hurt anyone if once in a while a SQ costs some energy, which is the way it happens now
But since current month SQ design is much more energy intensive than a usual SQ, it surely is an unnecessary annoyance even though it doesn't hurt any account
I don't want energy costs to not exist in SQ, just want it to be implemented in a way that doesn't annoy players
U're making it sound like I want Kabam to completely do away with energy costs in SQ which is not what I'm saying
In a day with all refreshes we get about 2-2.5 refills worth of energy, translating to roughly 140-175 energy per day i.e. which means about 4500 energy for the month
Other than that I would still need about 2200 energy which means about 30-32 refills
Surely u can see why that would be annoying for me & other players like me who explore as much as they can
And all that is excluding lower MEQs like Beginner & Normal

U can stay positive bcoz u might have 30 extra refills lying in ur stash or u don't care about Master & Heroic difficulties
But not everyone has the same situation
That said... I'm going to twist the question. @Kabam Miike could you inquire with the team when they design the month's content, why is it some months it costs no energy, some months a little, and some a lot.
We all appreciate variety in the game, or it would get boring, but at the end of the day, the cost of the monthly grind should be consistent. If you came back and said months where new permanent content comes out (e.g. 7.4 last month) you make it free.... and that consistently was the case... great answer... thread closed, and we don't have to keep asking every other month.
