Since the other got closed for being derailed, maybe a thread to discuss the change without having to rely on observations alone

For me, it's a very very bad change. It was the perfect place to farm the items . It took long enough and you had to actually do the fight and not able to autofight it was not like the act 1 reveiv farm that was nerfed long back

Was all story content nerfed in terms of finding items and resources? Or just 5.3.6 and the full energy refills?

    @Kabam Miike
Please let's have a reasonable discussion about this... Respawn rate just too OP in 5.3.6? Why not just lower the RNG that it spawns, rather than rip it away? Kabam controls the items and rates on the maps and there will always be maps that have better rates than others until you just actually make the change to make it all equal. Why the discrepancy?

Totally agree with you on this and Kabam needs a lot more transparency and details than the reactive comment Kabam Miike did but from my own testing they did lower the RNG and didn't rip it away altogether. I just cleared the map going down middle and to the top left collecting a full refill in the process (from before the change) and when I cleared and opened it up again (After the change) a full refill had spawned in the middle path where the KG is. Out of 4 runs that was the only full refill but it still is possible..

I also love how it was stated that they planned to get this out next month and planned to announce it, and May is in 4 days. Really holding onto information until the last minute. Thanks for the heads up!

That's how they always operate. They release the information when the monthly changes are posted.

Except they didn't operate like that this time, did they?

Didn't you just rack up like 300 disagrees from the other thread from telling people they're wrong for assuming Kabam changed things?

    Back for more?
I have no control over how people react.
What I said was wait for actual information before assuming.

Easiest way to resolve all of this is to create a permanent trade-in of L1 revives against energy refills. If I’m willing to burn a full refill to get a single L1 revive (or vice versa), then just make it a part of the stores. Roughly equivalent in value and I get to save time.

I used to use 5.3.6 to farm more refills from the few refills I had. Those refills helped me alot in like exploring cav eq on day1 and some more stuff. If any refill would ever be expiring , I would be jumping in to farm revives . Never had to worry about refills/ lvl1 revives this way.

Understood. This isn’t a pro-player move. If the team refuses to allow swaps of low level items, there should be semi-reliable spots in game that allow players to play the game to get simple items like refills and low level revives.

Im wondering if this change retroactively replaced what was already spawned on the map?

What I understood from those who routinely farmed that quest, the upper 2 paths never spawned small refills.

I haven’t touched Act 5 since I explored it years ago, yet when I went in today, this is whats on the map.

Was there always a chance for a small energy refill, or were the items changed?

The paths with Loki and all mystic one never had small refills. It was always 0, 1, or 2 full refills.

Then I'd have to assume that the drops were changed. That quest is untouched since I explored it 3-4 years ago.
