You realize top 1-5% is a very large chunk of people right? It much larger and much more easily attained than merely getting top 500 or top 100

One thing I've learnt from life is to not believe rumours
you may need to claim rewards, then exit game and relaunch to get it
Relaunched a few times. She’s still not there. Description even says that I get her. I’ll file a bug report, but I’m assuming this probably happened to a lot of people, so it’ll get recognized
