In one of my old alliances, we had a stripper in it and while she was in it, we had in our Alliance info ingame that bothering the stripper will result in being kicked.
I was in an alliance that did the same thing for me. They even went as far as to blacklist a few guys who were new and sent me unsolicited pics because it was well known I worked in that type of industry and I "should be ok with it."
As far as "rules" went. It wasn't a bad rule but we had this tradition that when new people joined our line group we had to mass spam memes. Members were expected to spam at least 5 meme in the first 24 hours or they were kicked from all chats for like 1 hour.
We also had one, again only revolving around line chats. If we didn't blame another person for our deaths in the game and "kick" them from the respective AW/AQ chat we were kicked. And we always had to blame the same person.
I was also told once if and when I got pregnant again if it wasn't a boy I would be alliance kicked. I was kicked twice. But always after the AQ series or AW season rewards were sent out.
I was in one that required us to record our war fights. And if you died you had to post the video. At first it was helpful, but as we got new people it became toxic.
This was just…weird. Idk if I should believe this or not
You would have to know the people I played with. The running joke of kicking people from chats all started with an innocent joke. And then it just kind of grew into a tradition.
Same with blaming others for our deaths. We were like "it's always Kabams fault, let's blame someone/something else" so we started blaming random things and then random members. And again since we all shared a weird sense of humor we would chat kick the person we blamed.
With the kicks for not having boys, that was just plain funny to me. They all knew how much husband wanted a boy especially since we now have 3 girls and 2 female pets. He can't catch a break. Am I still in that alliance? No but I am still in their chats. Do I get a random chat kick for a war death I am not even in? You better believe it.
Overall it was a way for us to have fun without hurting the game/friendships/alliance. Everything was done simply for comedic value. We one time kicked and invited the same person to chat over and over and over again for like an hour straight. Literally you had to scroll for like 3 minutes to get past all the join/kick notifications.

Way back in the day where alliances would have "save weeks" for SA the alliance I was in the officers were super strict on that and would try and seek out anyone who might have opened a crystal. I once opened a 4* crystal during a save week and the officers went nuts they went on for a whole day trying to figure out who opened the crystal and made everone post their rosters to prove it wasn't them.
They never found out it was me I was able to filter out the champ I pulled and then showed them a screenshot lol. But yeah thinking back those were some interesting times having to do those save weeks for SA, now it's super easy to get way up in the milestones.
I went on vacation...told them ahead of time. Told them on this trip i was proposing to my girlfriend...got kicked cause i wouldn't be able to participate in AQ...
I had to do something similar to the war video recordings mentioned earlier when a couple people started "disconnecting" 1-2 times each war. Once we had to provide a video showing the disconnect, the issues magically stopped and they just died like a normal person.
My current ally has this one guy, who behaves like a teenager, using grumpy faces like " >:(" whenever someone does or says something he doesn't like. The thing is, he's and officer. One time I died ONCE on AW and he kicked because of it, out of nowhere. I had just rejoined the ally since I stopped playing for some time and came back. I talked to the leader and he let me in again, then this guy started this weird hunt against everything I do, the other officers and players knew he was and ass and no one did a thing, so one day I i decided to say everything was doing and some players came to support me, he started get out and back on the ally, back and fort like a stubborn child, finally got out, then came back and they made him officer again even knowing his trouble

Some people should not have positions of power/responsibility if they can't handle it
